Awful service. You are forced to use the self service order computer, but our order for a beef burrito was clicked as chicken somehow. My son brought it to the counter, waited for a long time while the staff hung out in the back and ignored him, then the guy with dark facial hair argued with both of us. He then printed out our receipt SLAMMED it on the counter and stormed away. He then was ranting about it to another employee. He should not be working with customers! Horrible experience.

This has to be one of the worst Tavi Bells I have visited. They used to provide good food and service but they have fallen off the mark. My order was not correct, the staff doesn’t seem to even acknowledge you because you order from a kiosk. Even when you are standing at a counter, all the employees have their back to you and don’t interact unless they are giving you your food.

I’m a delivery driver. I went to pick up an order at 1:24, to which they told me they were giving out all of the orders and ran out of food and only had 2 people working. I asked if that meant they had the order for my customer and I was told “absolutely not”. How do you run out of all food? And maybe don’t stay open late if the store can’t handle fulfilling the late night orders. The whole interaction was unprofessional, rude, showed total incompetence on all counts, and cost me a $40 delivery.

Update to this below. Very strange inside. They were allowing people to bring alcoholic drinks inside. The bathroom water was boiling at the sink. Just not a good place I recently visited the Taco Bell located at 3196 Route 940 in Mount Pocono, PA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I noticed that the staff seemed disengaged, with no one approaching the counter to take orders or assist customers. This lack of attentiveness made the ordering process frustrating and time-consuming.
After finally placing my order, I was dismayed by the excessive wait time. Despite the restaurant’s promise of fast service, I found myself waiting far longer than expected. This sentiment is echoed by other customers; for instance, one reviewer noted that this Taco Bell is the “slowest ‘fast food’ around,” mentioning a 45-minute wait for their food.
Additionally, the estimated pickup times provided by the restaurant were inaccurate. I had placed an order online, expecting it to be ready upon arrival, but instead faced significant delays. Another customer shared a similar experience, stating that they waited for over an hour for their dine-in order, which negatively impacted their travel plans.

Location was clean and modern. Staff were very well-coordinated and they were right on top of orders. Food came out fresh and the prices were low. This is a great example of a properly run Taco Bell. Highly recommend.

The quesadilla was moderately filled and toasted great.
The regular beef crunchy taco was filled well and didn’t feel like it was skimpy.
