Okay so first off I don’t really get quesaritos anymore but this is literally pathetic. My quesarito compared to that is literally like a pancake and the volcano sauce they use has miracle whip in it and that’s all you can taste. Nothing will outdo the volcano sauce from back then and this Taco Bell is a big let down.

10:55 a.m. on a Tuesday there is nobody in the restaurant except for one person eating and me standing at the counter for 5 minutes and not even a hi or hello from someone one person in the Drive-Thru and two or three people sitting in the back just talking. I usually have a pretty mild experience whenever I come here. I’m never *too* disappointed but rarely am I ever not, at the same time, if even just a little. I ordered food and a *hot* Cinnabon Delights® coffee (yes, Taco Bell has coffee and it’s amazing!). However, when I noticed that they had made it an iced coffee, I double checked that I actually ordered a hot one and then asked if it could be made hot. The teenaged cashier politely apologized and went to fix it. Only, he apparently just poured iced coffee into a hot [paper] coffee cup.
Maybe I’m the weird one for getting coffee from a taco place that’s also a chicken place that’s also a taco place, but it is really good.. when it’s made properly. One time I tried to order a coffee at the counter and the young cashier looked at me, all perplexed, and said “Coffee? We have that?” I guess these things are to be expected when the store is run by kids

I just did an online order for a nacho bell grande with extra meat and paid for extra beef. I barely got any meat and definitely NOT extra meat. Taco Bell do better.

always a bad experience at this location. they always have a problem making food right . anything order at this location they always skip some thing to add according to picture on the wall. bean burrito should come with beans, red sauce, cheddar cheese, and diced onions.

I am a door dasher and every time I come to this location it is a horrible experience. The morning shift is good probably because the general manager is on site. But the night shift there is horrible. Employees always outside all of them at the same time, having to wait 20-25 minutes for an order. That is unacceptable. Managers and crew throwing things at each other. Floor with food all over. I hope your inspection isn’t coming anytime soon cause that would be an epic fail. I was a general manager and to me it sounds like a waiste of labor and product. Needless to say when I informed them I was going to call corporate and file an initial complaint I had one of them look at me and say go ahead call corporate they aren’t gonna do shit haven’t done shit and never will do shit and we will all have our jobs tomorrow. VERY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Over the years this location had gone down. Most of the workers are basically children- young adults. Multiple times went here when it was all young boys working and they didn’t care about anythinggggg. It was like a party with no supervision- and this is the situation my food is being handled in. Food never used to get messed up but now it’s messed up often or things are forgotten about. The wait time can be ridiculous. They often give me diet Baja when I order regular and whenever I say something they’re like oh, we’re out of regular. Really bothers me they don’t mention this before giving me the drink.
