I stopped in here a few weeks ago and although they were busy (that’s a good thing- people love TB), the staff showed an extremely high level of customer service and team work. Their work ethic, ambition to work in a speedy and organized manner, good mood friendliness, recognition of waiting customers and willingness to communicate regarding order wait times is something to be recognized. After having a bad experience at another location recently, this Taco Bell certainly raised the bar! Thank you!!

Cameron was super friendly, didn’t speak super fast or muffled like most drive thru employees and was easy to hear on the speaker. Loved how he lightened the mood by saying crew would have my food out in 3 1/2 seconds and asked if I wanted to count with him. My boyfriend made a comment a few weeks ago about an employee being really good and friendly and now we’re wondering if it’s Cameron. If so, he’s leaving a great positive lasting impression on the community.

Absolutely mismanaged! There was about 6 people standing inside for pick up orders that stated they were ready in the app, no one at the counter for cash sales, and half the people from the drive thru were waiting in the parking lot for their food. This use to be the best Taco Bell. Definitely the worst now.

Was not busy. Drove right up and told the drive thru my order that I ordered online.
Pulled up to the window. Was handed my drink and told to pull around and my food would be out shortly.
After 15 minutes I went back in to the drive thru and again told them my name and I ordered online.
This time I pulled up to the window and was handed a box and told to have a nice night.
Maybe it’s my fault for not checking but I thought all that extra time would guarantee a correct order. But no; my 3 cheese flat bread and additional soft taco are missing. Damn straight I was charged for them though!

Food was great. Definitely overpriced. Loud rap music coming from the kitchen. Missed an item on my order, had to go back and have it fulfilled accurately. Overall a clean restaurant. Don’t plan on returning here for awhile.

Placed a mobile order and went thru the drive thru and they told me to wait up front in my car. I sat for 10+mins and everyone else got they’re food and drive thru was moving. The high associate working the window forgot about me. I had to go inside and remind them of my order that was just sitting on tje shelf. Worst taco bell in general

In the area needed something fast for lunch. So Burger King was my first choice until I saw the line. So I got excited for Taco Bell. Me being a fat boy I order a bunch of stuff and like my Diablo hot sauce with it. So I got all my stuff get back to eat it and there were some problems.
First my order was correct and the food was pretty good. But there was no Diablo or any other type of hot sauce in my bag. The second was my little bag of tortilla ships had only 4 chips and a couple pieces. Those little things of customer service are so easy to make sure the little things are correct. Had to rely on hot sauce from Roburritos.
