Terribly disappointed with the new red lion location. Sour cream on the edge of the taco, nowhere else.

1st time at the new store in Red Lion, everything was going fine until they forgot one of my items which is usually no big deal, mistakes happen but then when I got 3/4 of the way done with my burrito I bit into a piece of plastic… now that is where I draw the line. Definitely will not be going back, very disappointed.

Food was great from this new location!
Much better than Queen St recently. I always have additions and deletions on my special orders and they got it all correct.
Staff was friendly and the manager was thorough.
The traffic pattern seems odd with the drive thru and regular traffic always having to merge regardless of which entrance is used.
I was very happy with my first visit to this location.

The place is new and visually pleasant, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The staff appeared inefficient and not very welcoming. They made mistakes with the order before ours as well as with a take-out order. There were only three customers at the time, yet two of the three orders were incorrect. The establishment also did not appear very clean; there was visible dust on the drink counter and the tables were dirty. With six employees present, the overall organization and attention to detail should have been much better.

First time I went I went inside. Food took 30 min to get and they forgot my order was sitting in t he back. Second time I went I thought the drive through would be faster. It still took 10 min. And they forgot my combo meal taco.

Unfortunately, I got food poisoning here 3 days ago and feel like I have to do a review so others know. This food was all I had that day and I was immensely ill just an hour after eating at the Red Lion location. Tried to call to tell them and/or ask if they had anyone else report the same, but they never picked up the phone.

This is the new TB in Red Lion (YAY!)
I was a tad concerned that it took about 10 mins to make 2 mini taco salads.
Staff has been friendly and great.
As usual for TB y’all need better quality control. I ordered an extra cheese sauce and it was missed. I brought this to their attention and it was procured immediately.

I’m so sad how bad this location is. The staff have not been friendly 4/5 times I’ve been. My food has been wrong 3/5 times I’ve gone. This is a new location and it is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten 5 layers with only cheese and the tortillas, cheese sauce open and flipped upside down in the combo box, missing items, waited 35 minutes 3/5 times in the drive thru for only 2 cars ahead of me. These workers don’t care and are totally cool if that location shuts down tomorrow so I’ll do my part to help by never going back. I’m a red lion resident and this is so bittersweet that we finally got a Taco Bell for it to be like this. If the owner is reading this, do something your people are going to tank you.

Horrible service, waited over 45 minutes for an online order after the time it was supposed to be done by. We checked with them multiple times to make sure they had it and the just apologized and said they were under staffed. At that point it was too late to cancel the order
