I’m am so disappointed. in every state and every Taco Bell I go to I order this crunchwrap supreme WITHOUT TOMATOES, never has any one of them gave me it without the meat as well. I received a pinch of meat and two handfuls of lettuce. I won’t order this anymore from this taco bell ever again.

This was genuinely the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. We were first given the wrong order, when expressed to the worker, she became very defensive and blamed us for supposedly giving the wrong name (despite repeating the correct name back to us). After receiving our order, we came to realize that our churros, the entire reason we came, were missing. With that being said, things happen and that’s okay. What matters is how it is handled, and this was not handled well. After alerting the worker, we were met with rude comments such as “Im not on the line”, “thats not my fault” “whats their problem”. The worker then closed the window to continue complaining that we had requested the food that we ordered and paid for. She continued to loudly complain about how it wasn’t her problem until her coworker gave us the churros and a free taco coupon, which was expired. Following this, we decided to eat in the parking lot, where we witnessed multiple workers exit the building to vape in the outside eating area, and meet at the garbage bins for an unknown reason. First a male worker, then the worker who we first spoke to, then the one who gave us the expired coupon. This went on for about 10 minutes, rotating who was meeting in the trash area outside of the building. All in all this was a terrible experience. I wish I had the opportunity to ask any of the workers for their names as this was extremely unprofessional and should be met with consequences. These events happened around 10pm on 02-18-26. Our food was good, but it couldn’t make up for the bad taste left in our mouth from this interaction and witnessing the events that followed.

This is my 3rd consecutive visit that they messed up the order. They skimp on the beef, steak and chicken even when I pay for the extra. By the time I get back to work and observe my food it’s too late due to only having a 30min lunch.

I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. Lexi at the front counter was very helpful with the app and had lot of patience in helping us. Great customer service!
Mikayla made my 7 layer burritos and she did great job in making it, I felt like she took time to make it and it was the best.
Great customer service by both of them. They are definitely credit to this location.

They didn’t give me a quesadilla we ordered, I had to tell them it was missing. They put chips on a burrito that I specified I didn’t want chips on. The guy taking orders kept telling me to hang on because he was working the window too and then comes back on the speaker and says how can I help you, oh ha ha I’m sorry I’m confused! I asked for mild sauce, they didn’t give me any. I asked for an iced coffee they said the machine was broke. Oh and my tacos had barely any meat on them. See attached photo!

Ignore the clearly marked mobile pickup spot because the workers do. While waiting for your order at the designated spot, your food will be sitting behind the counter getting cold and soggy. And then they gave me this… for $3.19. what a joke. Worst of all, they gave me multiple sauce packets that were ALREADY OPENED. i’m doing a chargeback because i paid for food, not whatever this is.
