Shoutout to the late night crew at Taco Bell around 11 PM. Honestly the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not even exaggerating when I say the food was basically ready before I even finished ordering. It felt like they already knew exactly what I wanted.
The speed was actually insane — fastest food I’ve ever gotten from any Taco Bell, ever. Everything came out fresh, accurate, and the staff was super on point even that late at night. You can tell this crew works hard and has their system down perfectly.
Whoever was working tonight deserves some recognition because that level of efficiency is crazy. If every Taco Bell ran like this one, the world would be a better place.

Not even close. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a beef crunchy taco and a Baja blast mountain dew. The only correct item was the mt dew. I ate it, thinking cheesy potatoes and a beefy salsa burrito because I was already down the road. Waste of time and money. I’m not picky but I’ll never eat here ever again. Loud noisy kitchen and drive thru guy watching Sunday night football on his phone. More reason to support local

Do NOT order inside here. Placed a lunch order for 2 ppl (6 value menu items- some customized) Placed our order at 11:58, didn’t get our food until 12:25. There was 1 guy who ordered ahead of us. They prioritized the drive thru (understood) and all online orders. We stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even aknowledged us and asked what the name on the order was. If you oder here, do it 20 min ahead and use the app. Food was fine. Service was HORRIBLE!!

Both of my doritto taco shells fell apart. And my Gordita shell was not done either. Tasted like straight dough. They don’t pay attention to the customers there is nobody consistently at the front counter to assist

Placed an online order for a certain time and when I showed up to pick it up at scheduled time, it was not ready. I’m fairly patient, but after another 15 minutes I’m still standing there waiting. I watched the drive thru line, which was wrapped around the building get taken care of while I’m still waiting. I had to ask twice about my order. I would have made out better going through the long drive thru line than placing my order ahead of time. I ended up late for my appointment due to this. Horrible! I doubt I will go to this Taco Bell again.

Absolutely delicious food and a perfect day to sit outside to eat it As always I brought my reusable Rainbow Titanium straw, as should all of you, Amazon, pack of 4 for $10 …last forever and good for you, and the environment!!
I absolutely love how almost all of taco bells packaging is plastic free, and the cups n straws recyclable… although I pray they get paper soon ♻️

Food was barely wrapped and falling apart in the bag. Ingredients were skimpy compared to other Taco Bell’s. Ordered dine-in but got it in a bag to go anyway. Too cheap to operate like other Taco Bell’s.

This is the only location I’ve been to that doesn’t offer the cravings box despite advertising it on their board. I have told employees that it’s not available in the app at this location and was told the manager was going to turn it on. This was weeks ago and it’s still not there.

Edit: 9/13/24: Had to drive back for the sauce, again.
These guys are decent as a Taco Bell, but you have to check your bag before you leave to make sure they include the sauce and didn’t forget anything.. I just drove back for hot sauce they forgot. Also, skimping hard on the cheese for the nachos!

Very slow. I waited for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Was told they were short staffed, but at least 5 people working. At the very least give cops for drinks for those waiting. There was also a huge puddle in the middle of the dining room, that no one seemed concerned about.
