I really enjoyed food at this location. It wasn’t only hot and fresh, they did take time to organize every item in the bowl very well. The presentation of the food was awesome. The staff were friendly too. The ambience can be improved but it looked like a typical taco bell.

The smallest portion sizes I’ve ever received from any Taco Bell ever. Ate here twice and both times I received super dinky tacos and burritos for my hard earned money. Employees are definitely being pressured by management and higher ups to skimp on meat and everything else. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Will NOT be back.

Ive been complaining, for 20 yrs or more, about the Chilly Cheese burrito being taken from the menu. Glad it’s back but its not quite the same. Not as large as they used to be and not nearly as hot as they used to make them, but I kinda figured they wouldnt turn the beef and cheese to a molten temperature, like they did way back when haha! I’ll just take some home and nuke them in the microwave and it will be like the late 90s all over again. Weird not having anyone to take your order but not a complicated system to figure out. Thanks

Was in today November 9th at 7pm. Whoever the drive through lady was couldn’t be bothered to do her job at all and wanted to cuss and complain to the point I didn’t get what I paid extra for. Ridiculous, it you can’t handle a remedial job as an adult, just do everyone a favor and quit. The older gentleman seems to be the glue holding the place together. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t go back.

I ordered 3 chicken enchilada burritos from the drive thru. It was after 9pm, but before 9:30pm. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me. I waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes, then when I got my food, the chicken pieces were hard as a rock. That tells me that the chicken has been sitting in the warmer for HOURS.. which leads me to believe that the employees weren’t paying attention to the food and it sat for hours. I used to work in the fast food industry.. we had to keep records of temps and we had a time limit on how long the food stayed in the warmer. That obviously isn’t getting done at this particular Taco Bell.. unfortunately, two young people were “working”… The latest generation of young people lack work ethic. It is very apparent when dealing with the fast food industry. You’d think, for the price of fast food, fast food places would follow the guidelines set by the states Health department.

I called because our breakfast burritos were not made correctly. The manager Jada argued that they were correct despite me explaining that the grande breakfast burritos that we received are smaller than the hash brown burritos. She said she made them and they were right and she hung up on me. I called back and explained they didn’t put egg in our grande burritos and she told me they don’t come with egg (even after we read the ingredients off of the website to her). She said she would put me on the do not call and do not ever remake orders list and then hung up on me again. When my boyfriend tried calling, as soon as she found out what order it was about she hung up again. This is the worst experience I have had at any fast food restaurant anywhere in the USA. How can someone as disrespectful as Jada even be a manager and the voice of your restaurant?
