The veggies protein bowl had next to nothing in it literally , could see the bottom of the container , I ordered two it cost $20 and we barely got anything. The photo below might look like there’s a lot in there but it’s all shoved on one side in a lump smh , The girl in the drive-through was really nice though as usual, she always is !!!

Terrible place to go after 10am, unless you want to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Employees seemed irritated and didn’t seem to care about the disappointment. Doesn’t take cash after 10pm, doesn’t take split payments inside, unless you wanna spend extensive time in the drive thru. Corporate, you won’t let them put signs up? For why? Won’t be retuning to taco bell, probably any location owned under this name, at least after 10pm. If you can’t use cash or can only pay with card after a certain time, put up a sign or close your damn lobby.

the items i received were empty, not cooked/ properly prepared. the chicken in the chalupa was cold, the shell was hard as a rock (inedible). double stacked taco had barely any meat, cheese, nacho cheese or lettuce and the shell was cracked. the catina chicken taco had barely any chicken, it was paractically all lettuce. my nacho fries had no seasoning and barely any nacho cheese for them. truly disappointed. the quality of the food at this location has gone down tremendously in the last few months. do not go here after 7pm. that’s when the workers start getting lazy

The Mexican pizza taste like cleaning oil. When asked the reason was 20 year old equipment!! The restaurant is less than 5 years old. I contacted corporate. Thier reply was thanks for your feed back.

Every time I come to this location the staff is kind, my food is good. This location is very clean as well. The Taco Bell on buffalo road had roaches.

100% of the time they will get your order wrong. I order from here twice a week most weeks, if they don’t mess up your food order, you’ll be eating dry burritos because they won’t give you the sauce you asked for. Worth checking your food before driving away. Haven’t got a single order right in months at this point

Every time we order from here something is missing and it takes forevvveerrr. How can you take so long to make an order and not even make everything? We’ve been missing multiple items on one order, never get sauce, and we ordered a freeze just for it to be half filled. Would not recommend going to this one unless you want to pay for things you won’t get.
