Ordered a little away from peach street tonight cause to be honest the food quality on peach is becoming shittier and shittier. So took a gamble on 12th street. Very nice job!!! Everything was fresh and CORRECT! Good job guys!

The older I get the more I am starting to think every single fast food remodel interior design is specifically designed in order to make sure you do not spend any amount of time there. It is absolutely baffling to google older images of the inside of a Taco Bell and compare it to nowadays. They used to have really nice booth seating lots of colors, just a really welcoming and fun atmosphere. They literally have flat steel chairs that are the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen and the ugliest thing I’ve ever looked at. It literally looks like the inside of a prison cafeteria. It is so sad to see how fast food places have became this way, they don’t want people to hang out inside and that is all there is to it. They want you to order at a kiosk and have robots working in the future with no human interaction.

I don’t eat here a lot but when they do the $5, $7 and $9 Lux Box’s I come here. The $7 box comes with a chalupa,a burrito and a hard taco with cinnamon twists and a drink! I can’t eat it all at once so I have a snack for later! Not bad for $7 and it’s really good!

I had DoorDash some food, took about an hour to get to me and then when they did pick up my food, I asked them if they can remake it if they already made it 30 minutes prior to them picking up my food and the manager said they can’t do that. I’ve paid for something, but you can’t fix it if I don’t want it cold but if I come down there, you’re gonna fix it though. East 12th Erie, Pennsylvania whatever manager and staff is working today, December 13th @5 y’all all need to get fired. I will be seeing ya.

They are ridiculously slow and staff is rude. My husband will drive for Door Dash occasionally and they have wait times of over 20 minutes minimum. Often times the staff hands over someone else’s order and not the one needed.

Wheelchair accessible from 12 th street side along with handicapped parking , man trap style doors . No pandemic precautions other than hand sanitizer by the self order kiosks . Restaurant was clean and hospitable . No Wi-Fi detected . Ordered a chicken quesadilla supreme with pinto beans ,onions & sour crème , hot , fresh & delicious , even more enjoyable by the rain coming down hard during my visit . Somehow wet dreary and cold steals my energy and strength .

There was Only 2 Employees that would Actually Answer Any Questions about the Kiosk and Friendly to Customers.
There were others that had questions but didn’t want to ask b.c.of attitude or lack of willingness to help, a couple people just left.
A “Regular” said, “It’s like this Every Time I Come for Lunch”.
Pretty sad.
I Spent over $100. Too! Wanted Beef Burritos w/everything, got Bean w/whatever. Never Again!
Didn’t even get a have a good day.

Decided to go through the drive through for a burrito and a Mexican pizza. I found a pink/purple strand of hair in my burrito. My Mexican pizza looks like the person making it decided to squeeze it before putting it in the box.
