One taco that takes 3 bites to eat and falls apart is $6.00 or $7.00. That’s insane. At any other place like Arbies, Mcdonalds, a pizza place food is cheaper and you get way more to fill you up.

worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. its a waist of time and money. I have been here a few times and every time has been a disaster. they have gotten my order wrong every time. I get old grease tasting chips and a Crunchwrap that had no meat on it and it looked like someone beat the crap out of it. the workers get orders wrong like their life depends on it. I would honestly just go to the Taco Bell by the outlets and save yourself now.

I was the only customer in the lobby. Ten minutes after ordering/paying the drive through worker told me it would be a long wait because drive through had a lot of cars.
I asked for a refund so I could go. She went to get the e manager. I waited and had to go. So I left. No food no refund.
I told the employees to go ahead and eat my order.

This had to of been the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience I have ever had..lol
Walking in it was empty, but the vibe was off. 2 guys working and seemed to be understaffed. We waited a while for our food, which is fine. But my daughter’s food was wrong, and she wouldn’t eat it.. and it was not worth the hassle to say anything. The gentleman working the counter was friendly but a bit strange, and made myself and my daughter uncomfortable. We quickly left without finishing our food. Will not be returning to this location. Management, staff your restaurant better! People shouldn’t be that overworked!

Generational let down. Me and the boys pull up and order, and are still waiting for our food an hour later. The employees are on the verge of crashing out. They are ridiculously understaffed, like it’s a joke. They are super inefficient, and just not getting food out to customers. I have never in my entire life been so disappointed. I am still waiting while writing this, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m still waiting when you see this. I want my food, and I want to go home. God heave mercy on us, and bless my Taco’s if they come. Absolutely terrible performance, I want more than a refund, I want my life back, because it has been wasted here. Still waiting, will update when I get my food. Help me, and may God help us all.

Terrible terrible experience. So slow… the man that is at the window and does the orders is PAINFULLY awkward and creeps me out. The man also argued with me because I ordered a Diet Pepsi and he gave me a diet MT Dew… he even said Pepsi to confirm when I was ordering.Took me 20 minutes waiting in the drive… and worst part is you are stuck and can’t get out.

Something is always messed up with whatever you order, in store or on app. Orders from the app are always lost or pushed way back, so you’re waiting 45 minutes to an hour in the store after the order is marked as ready for pick up.

I ordered 10 minutes before my 2 buddy’s on the mobile app and it said my food would be done by 533pm and we got there about 530. My buddy’s ordered their food in the store and got their food first at 550 so I went to talk to the rude staff and they said it just needs to be wrapped up and sent out. My food came out at 5:55. I ordered my food without tomatoes and of course they gave me tomatoes. And what little they put into my burrito and crunchwrap was all pushed down to one side. And literally all of their fountain drinks had no syrup. And they said they couldn’t change it. The drive-thru had hardly anybody in it and there were only two other families inside the store so they weren’t even that busy. This was the second time this month I’ve gone to this Taco Bell and the food quality and wait time was awful. I would highly recommend driving the extra 5 minutes into Grove City by Walmart and getting your food there.
