Every time I get a chicken quesadilla the tortilla is literally hard and old. The meat is only on the middle 2 pieces and there is either no sauce or it is dripping sauce. I keep getting it because when it is good they’re my favorite. Sadly I keep being let down. I stopped at a Taco Bell out of town on my way out of state and on my way back in state and it was perfect. Edit to add, I just got done eating at this Taco Bell. Basically no meat in the end pieces

Well the food was good and services was okay. But my big complaint is that there was more then 4 business people in the restaurant sitting in all four corners of the dining room on a zoom conference. Me and my mom felt uncomfortable the whole time with all this loud echoing from there simultaneously video chating with each other. Why didnt these people go find a conference room somewhere to have a meeting. They should of just closed the restaurant well this was going on. Extremely unpleasant experience!!

This taco bell is always so friendly! Today I experienced some of the best customer service not only at the DMB with the order taker, but also at the window with the same order taker working as the cashier as well! Attentive, respectful, appreciated my time, and knowledgeable about new product and product no longer being offered (please bring back the $3 steak burrito, yummy!). Jay was such a refreshing member of the team to interact with! They offered additional product in a suggestive way without being pushy, offered a drink with my meal, as well as promoted rounding up for a charitable event that your company has going on! As a General Manager of my own fast food establishment, I could only hope to have a team member so onboard with company goals and customer service! 10 out of 10! Jay “did the dang thang”! I hope these words reach the restaurant as well as the team member.
Way to go! You Rule!

It took 20 minutes to get my order and I was the only person in there at the time. After bringing my food home I noticed all my tacos that were to be no lettuce had lettuce on them as if maybe someone didn’t change gloves or maybe the work area was messy. Barely had any meat on the tacos. Inside the dining area the tables were sticky with food all over and the fountain station had straw wrappers stuck to the counters as well as soda spills sporadically on the counter.
