Woefully messed up our order and experience. There was a hair in my chicken chalupa (I asked for a beef substitute) and I asked for no ice in our drinks (there was ice). The employees “efforts” were also subpar. The drive thru human was incredibly short with us while ordering. While I waited in the car for my husband, who went to resolve the hair issue, at least four different employees went out to the dumpster for a smoke break. I understand habits, but at least take your food service gloves off before smoking in front of customers and going back inside with the same gloves on.

Got the soft taco party pack. For $22.99 think youd get some decent tacos. Nope about a table spoon of taco meat spread out and the cheese and lettuce barely existed. Poor quality and lack of ingredients for the price is horrible. Only thing nice was the drive-thru worker was very friendly.

This one was one of the worst experiences. Me and my gf went and were waiting In the drive through forever and when we asked the lady at the drive though what was going on she started screaming at us and saying deal with it we are short staffed. I asked for corporates number and got denied by three co workers. When I asked at the window for the manager she didn’t come. And the guy which I will list a picture that came to the window said he can’t give me the store number he’s the manager they can’t give me her name or his name so I take a picture of him. Then he tried taking a video of me I said go ahead. Then my food was missing things had no meat over loaded with sour cream on purpose. I have never been treated so poorly ever. I know they have to give me their names. The manager his when I asked for her. Found out her names Jessica. I will be back tomorrow to press this issues the way I was tested was horrible my food messed with and yelled at and this was my first time there. I also have videos I will be showing at the store tomorrow

Service at this location is non-existent. We stood watching numerous people have the same issue with the kiosks that we did. The staff could see customers having issues but never offered to help. When asked for assistance people got an eyeroll and a curt “in a minute” that turned out to be several minutes only for them to redirect us to the drive-thru because they couldn’t get it to work either and “couldn’t take our order at the counter.” This was not a one-time instance, this is almost every time we go to this location instead of the Moraine Point location.

Do noooot waste your money at this location! They only prioritize drive thru orders, so if you order inside or through DoorDash (meaning you’re paying more), your order is the lowest priority and always a 40+ minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous model of business, and a shame because people that pay more are waiting longer.

I have went there a few times and everything has been good. I go on off hours and service time is acceptable. I order a 12 pack of soft tacos every time. And around a 3 to 4 min. Wait that’s very acceptable to me.

Multiple reasons why this place sucks. Cheese quesadilla barely had any cheese and was waste of money. The service is also terrible and the worker was very rude. He said “speak up i can barely hear you, your whispering or something” in a loud annoyed voice when my gf was ordering our food. After getting our food we realized he messed up our drink. Worker didn’t apologize and blamed my gf for saying the wrong drink when she didn’t. I wouldn’t be as mad if it was just me but my gf was very distraught and upset.

The hours on their website and app say they close at 1AM. We submitted (and paid for) an online order at 11:50. We drove there to pick it up, got to the drive through and the attendant opens with “There’s a sign, isn’t there?”. (Rude)
Indeed, there was a sheet of paper on the speaker-box saying they are short-staffed and closing at 12:00. It was 12:00 exactly. This location has listed hours saying they should have been open another hour, and our order was submitted even before the current closing time. So I’m not sure if this location just arbitrarily doesn’t make orders submitted through their app near closing time (actually more than an hour away from closing time, but you get it), or if our order was made and was just sitting there but they wouldn’t give it to us because it was the minute they closed (again, an hour before their listed closing time)
Beyond that, I’m just kind of amazed at the spitefulness of having someone there on mic to rudely point you to the sign saying they are understaffed and closed.
Credit card still shows the charge for the food we did not get.
Anyway, we still wanted food, so we drove to the other Butler location and re-ordered what we wanted and had a great experience there. The staff at the Moraine Point Taco Bell were nice and even appoligized for the extended wait caused by the line of door-dash drivers who had probably just gone through the same thing as us.
TLDR: the Pittsburgh Rd location has rude staff, untrustworthy hours, and we didn’t receive any of the food we paid for.

They never get our food right at this location. The food at Taco Bell actually would be good if they would get it right and I would go a lot more but I feel like I don’t even want to go because of the staff that is there.
