If you’re a vegetarian you’re safe to order anything here because they don’t put enough meat to notice anyways. The picture of the meal up on the menu isn’t at all what I got. From little to no meat & sour cream on my chalupa or in my burrito to almost zero cinnamon and sugar on my twists. See for yourself!

All-star service by the gentleman serving today! Polite and considerate. Gave us a coupon for a slight delay in our drink. Appreciate it!

I would’ve given 5 stars, however, Taco Bell needs to make their food the way it is advertised, because right now it seems like it’s false advertisement. The taste is great, but, for example, when I purchased a chicken quesadilla, you would expect it to have more than 2 tiny little pieces of chicken in it. Don’t you agree? And this is only 1 example. I could given you a dozen or more, just from my own experiences with the restaurant. We pay good money, for what should be good food, & expect it to be made as advertised. I love Taco Bell, but they either need to train their employees how to correctly make their product or they need to change “how” they actually make & advertise it. I know I’m not the only 1 that thinks/knows this…I’m probably just 1 of the few that calls the franchise out regarding this. So next time you purchase Taco Bell, I urge you to really look at it & ask yourself, “Is this really what I get, for what I paid?” I know that the majority of businesses care more about their profit margin than their customers, but this type of thinking really to change! If it was me, I’d rather have satisfied customers, who are repeat customers, than ones who are disappointed in my product & never purchase it again. It might reduce your profit margin at 1st, but in the long run your profits will continue to grow & not be short lived.

Taco Bell is now becoming a kiosk order fast food chain in which surfing through the kiosk takes 5x longer placing an order. There is no more service except receiving your food. This leads to now atmosphere.

It’s ok. Quality has most definitely slipped. I used to be a fan of the bean burrito. It was cheap and tasted pretty good. Now it’s basically a tortilla wrapped in bean paste. You might find an onion in there. So the cheese and sauce is what made it tasty. Those ingredients are pretty much non-existent. The regular tacos were decent. It’s kind of a bargain. But their prices are catching up to what it would cost to go to an actual Mexican restaurant.

Restraunt isn’t open during breakfast hours, but advertising shows breakfast items. Suggest management adjust hours to 0800.

Always good. Kinda disappointed the lobby was closed at 730pm. Outside that, I can’t complain a bit.
