Employee asks “how are you” I said good how about yourself? “Another day in hell” like what bro I don’t care to hear that. Nacho fries were so old cold and disgusting. Have NEVER had good food or service here. Better fix your ways

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My nacho fries were so hard they could’ve been used as weapons. I’ve chewed on rocks with more flavor. These fries tasted like they’ve been marinating under a heat lamp since the Bush administration. I came back because I needed a quesarito emotionally, spiritually, desperately. Instead. I was served an insult wrapped in foil. THERE WAS NO RICE. None. Just meat. Thats not a quesarito, thats a burrito having a midlife crisis. You removed the ONE ingredient that gives it purpose.
Whoever made my food. Dishonor on you. Dishonor on your lineage. Dishonor on your cow. Taco Bell, do better. You’re a massive chain a fine dining restaurant and somehow this location still feels like the clearance rack of fast food.
I want my $22 back. My compensation for my wasted time and a paid therapy session for the trauma of biting into a rice-less quesarito. This Taco Bell is officially dead to me. You are uninvited from my life and my family’s Christmas party.

I eat alot of taco bell and this is the worst one in the area! Despite using the app to order ahead, it routinely takes 25-32 minutes to get my order as I watch the drive through move like clockwork and I get ignored in the lobby. I would say to get in the drive through to increase the odds of decent service but they will ask you to pull over at the doors sometimes completely making the drive through pointless.
Prices have also been creeping up lately, wich is sad. The only reason I would want to eat at a taco bell is because it is cheap and fast, but it is neither of those things especialy at this location.
Food quality is as you would expect from a taco bell, acceptable.
Also if you want to order in store without the app they make you use the computer kiosk and won’t take it at the register anymore. You would think this would help their efficiency but it does not.
If you realy want taco bell, go to the one in Kittaning or the Natrona Heights for better service. For food at Hyde Park go to any other fast food chain that isn’t this taco bell, you will thank me later.

This place is terrible at night. I should have checked my bag before leaving. They completely forgot three of my soft shell taco supremes and was given one hard shell taco supreme that look disgusting. (That I didn’t order) The workers were too busy standing & dancing. I do not recommend coming here.

12/27/24 i got married at this taco bell! with 1 days notice taco bell reserved us a table and were prepared to feed around 30 people + regular customers! the dining area was clean and the staff was very friendly and quick with our large order. they were also kind enough to let our photographer take pictures inside / outside the store. taco bell has always held a special place in my heart as a child- now taco bell in leechburg holds a special place in my heart being the place i got married. 10/10 experience.

we decided to come inside because the drive thru was seven cars long. we waited around for 10 minutes before deciding to to order ourselves on the screens. it took about 7 minutes before i had to ask for cups, for the second time. (i asked when we placed the order & a man looked at me & ignored me) we waited another 25 minutes for our food. which is outrageous for the three tacos i purchased. business is so slow. the place is so dirty! every table is dirty & there is trash on the floor by the trash cans. & lastly, the workers have a very rude attitude.

Ordered late online. Young men working around 11 were fantastic. Super polite and our food was correct and delicious. Thanks for great service! I work in food service, so I understand that it’s hard to find and keep good staff, much less not be under staffed. So many people have lost their patience. Put them in your places and see what they think after a shift. We all just need to appreciate one another more.
Update:
I ordered several times online. This location has always forgotten my extra sauces, which no big deal. Tonight I got the extra sauce but the fries and cheese sauce were not there. When I give almost an hour for a pick up online order and spend over $30 I just have to be sure to check my order, or have my son check it. before he leaves. Just don’t like spending $ for something i don’t get and I’m not going to come back out to argue with staff if they think I may be trying to get free stuff (which I am sure happens). I just wanted my full order, that’s all. Kinda bummed. Is the world gonna end, of course not…just wanted my fries.

Ordered 10 minutes ahead of time, stuck waiting 20 minutes past when the app said the order was ready. Went up to ask, they hadn’t even started on our order. Store is basically empty at this point. Wait another 20 minutes (way too long btw, this should have been out in 10 minutes tops) and they just say sorry. No coupon, no real apology.
Get to the car. They still messed up the order. Don’t go here, these people don’t care.

Really long wait to pick up orders done on the app, like more than 10 min on multiple occasions. orders have been accurate except I have to remind them multiple times to make sure sauce packets get put in the bag. Friendly staff though and the food has always been very good.
