We were able to order our food online ahead of time and it was ready at the time we requested. You ordered more on the app quickly and were able to get that. There were a ton of people there during the lunch rush and that did not delay our food being ready on time.

The food wasn’t quite up to the mark, and the team seemed a bit overwhelmed handling multiple orders at once. A little more training on managing rush periods would really help, as several orders—including mine—were mixed up. With ready-to-use ingredients, there’s definitely potential to deliver much better quality.

There were black floaters in the Mountain Dew we received. Asked for another one and watched the girl throw it away and get a whole new cup. That one also had black floaters in it. We order beef chalupas. The receipt said beef. They were chicken. And the hard taco was crushed flat and looked like I had run it over. This was all in one visit.

I’m editing my initial review, because it just kept getting worse. No one greets you anymore since they removed counter ordering, which was a huge mistake. I waited 45 minutes inside for take-out with only two people ahead of me. I could’ve eaten at a sit-down restaurant faster. A couple inside said this long wait is “normal” at the Bedford location, and I noticed that the drive-thru gets priority to boost corporate numbers.
This was hands down the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had; besides the time I once found a bandaid in a sandwich elsewhere years ago. Staff need a better work environment because they clearly aren’t motivated to care about their jobs. I never leave bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. All the negative reviews are true, and something here needs to change. I can’t stress enough how badly this experience was, we didn’t order drinks but the people who did were still waiting on cups that would come out when they finally get their orders instead of getting them
handed right away like before the kiosks were there.

I had a mobile order January 2, 2026 i ordered the beefy barritos i ordered extra beef on all 3 now for the price of over $8 im expecting extra beef what do i get??? Double wrapped tortie and maybe a table spoon of beef in 2 of the barritos only 1 was made the way it was ordered. This is ridiculous! Everytime i go to this particular taco bell this is the craziness I get.

Ordered food online that came to $19. I had my mom go in to get the food they charged me $31 twice for stuff that wasn’t the right food i ordered. Called them and they told me they can’t do anything about it in the most disrespectful manner. These people at this location specifically have no idea what they are doing. The management there has failed us customers along with the franchise. On this same day other customers gone through the same thing. i don’t think all of us customers should be disrespected just because of a worker having a bad day or not knowing what’s going on. Just ask not that hard. Not professional at all. So i will be gladly to say i will not be returning to this taco bell. Oh and one thing they need to actually clean the store. Don’t want rats or roaches.

This place doesn’t just miss expectations. It lowers them, buries them, then digs another six feet just to be sure. I don’t know who’s running this Taco Bell, but the commitment to not trying is genuinely impressive. The food comes out cold, soggy, and looking like it’s been through emotional damage. Even the bag seems tired. At this point, I’m convinced this location is held together by regret and a prayer.

Drive-thru attendant was very short with me when I came to pick up my mobile order. Put sour cream on the potatoes when we asked for no sour cream. No jalapeno ranch on the burrito. No fork for the potatoes and no napkins.

We went on a Thursday night. It was super busy. Everything was clean…the inside and the outside. Food was fresh and hot. Service was stellar. It was so refreshing to see smiles on everyone’s faces, we had to ask for the manager to thank him! Great job Jorell! Stop in and don’t forget to ring that bell!
