The staff at this Taco Bell stands out, as some of the most polite and kindest I’ve ever experienced. When we come by, the person working the drive thru window always asks how we’re doing and is just overly very friendly. The food is always good too. To the polite staff that work the drive thru. Your kindness and friendliness doesn’t go unnoticed.

Not a good experience the last time we ordered from there. My kids wanted Taco Bell the other evening, so to save time we did the order online to pick up at the store. They each got 4 tacos and a drink, I got a dinner box (because that’s cheaper online). We get to the store to pick up the order and the main doors were cable tied shut, so I went around to the other door which was hanging partly open. There was an employee cleaning but didn’t greet me, no one standing at the counter, so I had to talk across the room to ask if I could walk behind the counter to pick up my order. We proceed home assuming it’s all in the bag. Upon arriving home, about 8 mins away, the food was all there but no sauces, which I specifically ordered them with our order. We always order extra meat because if you don’t there really isn’t anything in the tacos, so that being said, the tacos were completely soggy and stuck to the wrappers that when you tried to pick them up, everything falls apart. Ready for the best part? It only cost us $38 to eat there. IMO- not even worth it!! Most likely won’t return anytime soon! Truly sad that the restaurants we have around our area can’t even take pride in what they make.

Listen, Taco Bell’s are hit or miss. This one was definitely a hit. Great service, food came out quick and hot, not to mention the folks working the drive thru made the experience a “fire” experience! See what I did there as a play on sauce?

Hit or miss honestly. Service can be so whack sometimes if they’re in a bad mood. It’s been like 3-4 times I’ve asked for no tomato just to get tomato anyway.

Been stopping on my way home from work on Friday evenings and even though I know they’ve probably cleaned for the night they still have good attitudes and are friendly about serving me. I work 13 to 14 hour days and just need something quick to fill me up before I go home to crash and it’s never a let down.

I’ve been a ‘regular’ at many Taco Bell’s. This Taco Bell is not like the others. Easily top 1%. I no longer live in the area but I am going back to leave this review because of how many times I’ve been burned by my current Taco Bell. I miss you Somerset Taco Bell. <3

Asked for no tomato and I got tomato asked for a fix and they did it happily! I then spilled my drink all over my new taco! They were so nice! Gave me and my spouse some free coupons because I was an idiot! Love this place!
