Employees on line don’t know how to portion their meats and they can’t even remember to put Pico in a item that has 4 ingredients. The beef tastes watered down as well. The chips taste stale.

Employees are the friendliest I have encountered in a Taco Bell! And even with only 3 employees behind the counter, they’re still a fast as ever with practically no wait! I’ve been to TBs with a dozen employees behind the counter and Still had to wait 20 minutes! Love this location!

Today after work I stopped at Taco Bell around 5pm, it had been a long week. I ordered a $5 cravings box with a new refresca freeze, however when I got to the window I couldn’t find my debit card. I was frantically looking for my card & had asked if it was possible to type the card numbers in on a key pad but unfortunately that wasn’t an option; instead of turning me away, the gentleman at the window brought his manager up and they told me not to worry about it & to have a good day. Their kindness and understanding goes further than what they know! I wish I would have gotten their names, great people & great food!

Staff is pretty good in my experience, but you get the same amount of cheese when you buy a large nacho fry or a small, and if you ask for more, you get charged more for a little bit extra cheese, why the hell does a large not come with more cheese than a medium? Only a server named Nick B. Ever explained to me that it is corporates policy to be cheese skimping idiots. I don’t play about my cheese. Please fix this policy Taco Bell corporate.

The lack of customer service is incredible. I don’t expect much going to fast food places but i haven’t been treated this poorly in a while. I worked in the fast food industry in my teenage years so i do understand it can be difficult. But i felt like the biggest burden just coming through the drive through and giving the girl my order. She even sighed during the interaction. The food is not good enough to deal with attitude from children..

Stay away from this tacobell! First of all the two times I have been here they have NOT made my food correctly. All I wanted was no tomatoes and yet they could not even do that. My food didn’t even look right. I think if I was blindfolded and had a hand tied behind my back I could make this food look more presentable. The last time I visited this location me and my whole family got food poisoning. So please if you want diarrhea and stomach pain that makes you feel like an alien is clawing out of your stomach please visit this location! Will never be back here again that’s for sure.

We went here the first day it opened the girl at the register was working by herself and training
They had at least 10 people working on drive thru side and about 6 on the other side for the counter
While making my order the person making it stopped and went to help drive thru and came back to minei asked myself why would you go over there when they have enough people over there
The girl at the counter gave me cups I told her 1 was for a soda & I ordered a freeze she went thru 2 people and told them I ordered a freeze drink well the machines not working I’m like why wasn’t she told that and why wasn’t I then I got frustrated I spent over $4.00 for a large what did I get? A coupon for a small freeze cuz the manager was too busy to refund my money back I was irritated and walked out the box of soft tacos I ordered was not hot it was like warm
While waiting for my stuff a customer walked up to the register and told the cashier he didn’t get his potato she told the guy whoa they rolled their eyes at the customer cuz they had to go back and check to make sure he ordered it the customer got it and said I know it’s you’re grand opening but if you don’t like your new job go home!!! Customers make the business rise or fall and with your attitudes we’ll see how well y’all do

My chicken burrito had absolutely no sauce on it, two pieces of chicken, and it wasn’t grilled. Which are all things that come on the burrito REGULARLY. On my bowl I asked for no pico and no beans and they gave me that but also with hardly any rice or cabbage and no guacamole at all. My fries were also cold and soggy

6-6-2024 The place was very clean , it is new so that could be why , service was ok, but a little slow for fast food, I got the mexican pizza it only had beans on it they forgot to put the meat on.My husband got the tacos they where nasty the meat was so runny it’s like they didn’t drain the liquid off the meat and had no taste , hopefully they will improve.
Update: I went to this location again today 6-17-2024 with my son thought I would give it a second try, boy was that ever a mistake this time around the lobby was dirty ,their service was super slow, the food actually made me sick. When my son and I walked into the place to order we were the only ones there there was nine staff members they were too busy standing around talking didn’t care there was customers up front my son and I placed our order and it took almost 20 minutes to get our food if the place was busy I would understand that but again we were the only ones there that was in the inside. When we finally got our food the nacho fries were cold and the Crunchwrap was sloppy and the the guacamole was like water this will be the very last time that we dine in at Connellsville Taco Bell now on we will go elsewhere.
