It’s a Taco Bell, so you know what to expect. This is a fast food chain whose claim to fame is that they are the cheapest place to get something edible into you.
I was on my way past this location when I needed to grab something quick, so decided to see what they’re like. Not a good decision.
This location is severely understaffed. It took almost 20 minutes from when I gave my order until it was ready, and it was not because of long lines. The shifty leader was the person who took my order. After I got my food, I mentioned to her that the condiment stand needed attention so she came over to take care of it. While doing so she confirmed that not only are they understaffed, but the people who are working are super lazy and not doing their jobs. Well!
I got the Deluxe Cravings box which cost about $8. It included a bean and cheese burrito. It was supposed to be a beef burrito, but there was no beef to be found in there. There was a hard shell taco of some sort. A baked cheddar chicken chalupa – where the outer shell tasted so burnt it masked any flavors for the interior; and a small bad of tortilla chips with Velveeta to dip them into. That last was the best part of this meal.

So…I read the reviews, never a response. I’ve eaten here for years and tasted how it has gotten worse with time. How do you explain it….you don’t. Every single chalupa I get any more is crunchier than a locus taco!!! If you read these reviews why do you not answer them or try to do better?? I’ll start taking my business elsewhere…thank you very little!!!!

This place literally stole my food. I went through the drive thru and my order was wrong. I went in to get a replacement, but not only would they not give it to me, they actually took my original food and said they didn’t know what happen to it.

I ordered chalupa supreme with NO tomatoes. It came out with a TON of tomatoes on it. It’s like the employees here purposely mess up the orders just to screw with everyone. Literally every single time I go to this location they mess up something in my order.

Such a let down. Obviously it’s a fast food place so you cant expect much but this particular location didnt even try. They put about a tablespoon of meat and the tortilla was hard, dry and stale. I would not go back to this location, stay away.

Best. Taco Bell. Ever! This location has the freshest food and puts the most filling into each order! My tacos each had more meat, beans, lettuce, and cheese than three tacos together have had from most other locations.
Also staff are so friendly here! I will return to this location again and again.

Can’t wait for all the employees to be replaced with robots. And vending machines. All I wanted was extra chicken burritos and this is what I got. 3 the exact same way. Drop dead taco bell mcmurry.
