I usually dont have complaints on taco bell. But after i ordered a taco without lettuce and tomatoes got home and realized there was tomatoes on it. So i took off the lettuce to see maybe 2 teaspoons of meat if that. My kid was so disapointed he didnt want to eat it.

Very poor management when your employees don’t know how to make the food the had a hair in my food as well. The manager sat there on his phone while i took the pictures and didn’t say a thing not even an apology.

Pretty solid taco bell experience. I’ll start with the bad first:
– It cost 1.10 to change my cinnamon twists to chips and cheese in my $7 cravings box (I’ve never been at a taco bell where this is the case)
– my beefy 5 layer burrito was just cheese and beans
– my tacos meat was just water with a side of beef
The good:
– one of the best chalupas I’ve ever had in my time as a taco bell connoisseur
– the cinnamon twists were good
– it’s taco bell

The single best Taco Bell in Pittsburgh. Legends work here and perform miracles daily. They’ve never gotten a single thing wrong, and I usually have a lot of customizations on my order. They’re always friendly and fast, and I will continue eating here until the day I leave this wonderful earth. Thank you Penn Hills Taco Bell for being a part of my life ❤️

Waiting for 30 minutes for my food ordered in lobby. They did about 7 cars in the drive thru before even starting my order. None of those cars were there when I was inside. Need to pay attention to when people actually order versus getting your drive thru times. Most of the employees at any store in the Pittsburgh area are rude and always mess my order up no matter what I order.

I order a double beef burrito sub beef for potatoes, check the burrito and it’s this crushed, broken, tiny monstrosity lol. I pull around and ask them to correct my order, they gave me the same exact one but wrapped better… I feel bad for the employees they kind of just stand around and if you are serving this, better management needs had. I happened to try the burrito and the potatoes are hard, cold and clearly old. It’s was very disgusting. Some of Taco Bell’s items that sit out are fine but the old fiesta potatoes are not good.

Idk why this place has so few stars. Its the only tacobell that is friendly and quick after 11pm. The employees in monroeville stops serving entirely after 8pm due to laziness so I always end up at this one. I know positivity is not heard often in the industry, but keep up the work.

I generally give a place 3 chances just to account for bad days. This location fails miserably, especially for a new location. Two out of three times the food has been very poor. Tonight the food was so bad my wife had to throw her food away and make a sandwich for dinner. I would avoid this location as well as the Monroeville location, quality is about the same.
