soo hit or miss at this location. most of the time they don’t have baja blast (which what’s the point of even going to taco bell if they don’t have baja) and sometimes they only have like two pop flavors available! they’re almost always super nice, especially the day shift, but sometimes i’ve been handed my mobile order through the drive through without a word being said to me. service can be exceptionally slow here as well and so many times i’ve asked for no tomatoes or no lettuce and gotten it :/

They ignore people at the front desk for super long, and orders that are for pickup online they do not put on the shelf. They hold your order behind the back and you have to wait till someone acknowledges you at the front desk to get your food, but they’re are really bad about just letting people stand there staring at them behind the desk. Visited 11/8/2025. Go here is you want stale cool ranch Doritos locos taco shells. On top of that, the moisture in the meat wasn’t drained during prep so they were soggy as well. Then they had the audacity to put a COLD bottled water in my to go bag with HOT food. Contacting corporate is a joke. No response from them. I think I’d rather go to McKnight Road and wait forever for my food. At least they get orders correct.

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst. Service is terrible, the employees hardly acknowledge you or speak to you in the drive thru. The last 3 times I’ve ordered through the app for pick up I’m missing half my food. 0/10, do not waste your money here

Well. I opened my mexican pizza to this. Originally giving the benefit of the doubt I thought the cheese was just hot and came off so I even was going to put my own cheese and melt it on. I realized that the pizza wasn’t even cut.. and to my surprise I saw this when taking off the top shell. I was baffled to say the least.
My bf and I both got nacho fries and only 1 cup of cheese sauce.
Another thing my bf asked for a couple different sauces for the chicken nuggets and they said it only comes with one! He said he’ll pay for the others and the person wasn’t too nice, but besides the point like at least make the food correct.

Paid $8 for 8 nuggets supposed to get 10. I barely got 8 real nuggets and half of them were rock hard. The chick at the window had a bad attitude. This Taco Bell used to be alright but it just went down hill. Even for a fast food place my expectations are always low but for real?

Had a mobile order. Waited at drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. Pulled around to the window and worker lady copped an attitude and said they were really busy and we needed to wait at the speaker. Told her we had a mobile order and she said they were swamped inside. Made us wait 20 more minutes before We cancelled our order pulled around to see inside and there was only like 8/10 ppl inside. Do better . IF UR SHORT STAFFED, THEN CLOSE MOBILE ORDERS, AND THE LOBBY. MAKE IT DRIVETHRU. rediculous.

Absolutely abysmal service. They gave me the wrong drink and forgot to put food in my bag, this has happened almost every time in the last few months.
Every single cantina crispy taco I got was burned on the outside, and a damn glove was inside the wrapper of one of them.

I’ve been to a lot of taco bells and this one used to be kinda lame but it’s been really good lately. They really stuff the shells lately and the shells have been crisp. I hardly splurge and get something over $5 for a single item, but check out this chalupa! Looks like the photo on the app! Bravo.
