We have always had good experiences at this Taco Bell except for Saturday night. We came through the drive through around 10pm. We ordered and they told us to pull into the parking space and wait. Not to mention there were about 4 cars there already. We waited about 25 minutes for our food and they brought it out and half of an almost 50$ order was missing. We pulled into the drive through line again and told them we were missing items. They chose to ignore us and we had to pull up to the window in which the worker responded with “I made it you can check the cameras” we simply just wanted our food we paid for and said we understood if there was a mix up. They told us they’d make it and to pull back around into the spot. Another 15 minutes goes by and someone finally comes back with the food. Another bag of completely random and incorrect items from what we ordered. At this point it has been almost an hour and we just decided to leave because obviously nothing was going to be fixed. Very rude closing staff and a waste of money.

Literally the absolute worst Taco Bell in all of Pittsburgh maybe PA. I order through the app, it’s simply easier. The order should go right through without errors. Apparently not for these employees. They didn’t give me half my order. Literally threw it in a bag rolled it up like it was a ball. The food that I did get was completely wrong. Not one single instruction followed. I get Taco Bell isn’t glamorous but like come on. Also what’s with the employees love of sour cream on items that don’t come with sour cream?????

I ordered regular Doritos Locos tacos and a sugar free baja blast, first of all, I could see the employee pour the regular one, even though I specifically asked for sugar free, then when I told her about it she turned around and poured a different drink that looked like Mountain Dew it, was the same color. Then when I went to eat my tacos they had tomatoes and sour cream. Yet I asked for regular. This is not the first time they have given me sour cream and tomatoes, it has happened at least 3 times.

I pulled up to order at 11:40 on a Wednesday night and the person on the microphone said “pull around” very rudely, to which I responded “I’m looking at the menu”. He then told me that they were closed, even though google says they’re open until 12am. I said that google said this Taco Bell was open until midnight to which I got a response of “we’re not” and then I drove off. Very unprofessional, and please update your hours

I struggle with this Taco Bell primarily because the overall quality is so inconsistent. Sometimes, I’ll come away with food that is perfectly made and absolutely hits the spot when I need it do coupled with quick and friendly service. Other times, the order gets messed up, the food ends up being a sour disappointment (shoutout to their tortilla chips that somehow tasted like old, musty charcoal) and the service is maddeningly slow due to inattentiveness from the staff. It’s a gamble every time, so unless I’m specifically craving Taco Bell enough to give it a shot, I would just travel a little further to more consistent options in Robinson Township.

Stopped in tonight on (10/8/2022), they ended up getting my order wrong. I got a nacho del grande and specified I only wanted chips, cheese and beef, they put sour cream all over the nachos and I tried to take most of it off. And I got a meal deal that was supposed to have crunchy tacos but instead I got all soft tacos. Be more careful when you read the orders please.

I’ve gotten food from this taco bell around 20 times. I’ve never had a properly made order. Either something’s wrong or food missing. And for the stuff you do get, they always skimp on all the ingredients.

Whoever cooks either doesn’t listen or care. Ordered food, it was wrong. Went back it was replaced but we couldn’t eat it because it had a really disgusting after taste. I can’t describe it but I wasted 16 dollars. Will not return to this location

The food at this location is disappointing anymore because there’s hardly any meat being put in the food and they put a half pound of lettuce on everything. Also they didn’t cut our quesadilla and the mountain dew needed changed because it was mostly carbonation with a hint of mountain dew. Definitely not a location we plan to return to.
