Ordered the double stack tacos. They were nice and hearty; the regular hard taco shell breaks apart every time.

Showed up to the restaurant at 10:45 pm. Doors are locked. Sign says dine in open. Internet says they are open until 2 in the morning. So why are the doors locked? I am so tired of fast food restaurants locking their doors whenever they feel like it. Then I went to wait in line at the drive through and no one is moving. This is a Taco Bell by Kennywood. You are fools to close your doors before 11.

Made my order online around 12:15. Says drive thru is open till 1:30. Sat there till 12:47. Manager comes walking up to my car smoking a cigarette talking about the system is down. If you don’t want to work just say that and stay home. I could’ve gotten pizza.

0/5 on service, first time i placed a mobile order. they got my boyfriends food , missed everything of mine, keep in mind i ordered 4 things . how does one miss 4things.
i used to work for taco bell for 3 and half years, its very easy to miss an item of two but 4 !
so we had to go back around, got my food and left. i ordered two dlt’s, sub chicken, no tom (im allergic to tomato’s) the girl with the snake bites piercing was very rude like it was our fault i didnt have my food, and the dudes working with her very upset they had to remake when they missed my food
no makeup coupons no apology nothing! we ordered around 7:30p on friday oct. 18th.

Came in put my order in on kiosk 1 at 7:15 didn’t get my order til 7:37. Now the young man who made my drinks twice was exceptional nice and kind and got my order once he saw how long it was. But the manager on duty had asked 7 to 10 minutes earlier and got the 1st drinks that went with my order but did not communicate with the staff. He hit a button after and walked in the back while the kitchen staff were making some Emily’s three tier order. Heard staff say they didn’t know where my order was to go for. The manager should of communicated that my order was needed for the front for takeout. So hindsight general staff great. Manager looks to be needed retrained.
