I put in an order I had to wait 25 minutes for it to be given to me when I left with it. I went to eat something out of my order. My soft taco was hard, and the food seem still cold. The burrito was also cold inside the chicken Chalupa Had like rubbery chicken taste As well as this nasty looking piece of lettuce inside, chips were stale the whole order was completely not edible

I went thru their drive thru. When I got back to eat it I usually love the Mexican pizza and I couldn’t put my finger on it first I thought it was burnt then by the end I figured out the smell. It smelled not fresh. I was so hungry I ate it , fortunately I had order a chicken soft taco which helped my taste buds. I wouldn’t go back to this place. Warning! My son’s experience went fine. He got his favorite chicken crispy cantina taco.

The drive-thru is absolutely awful. If there is a vehicle with a large order ahead of you, they WILL NOT park it and you WILL WAIT. Chances are good that your order won’t be ready when you do reach the window.

I’m visiting from out of state and didn’t have high expectations, but I’m always honest in my reviews. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality of the food I received. Both of my Doritos Locos Tacos had stale shells and were barely filled — the shells were so stale they were inedible. My two chicken chalupas were also hard, brittle, and tasted stale, making them impossible to enjoy. It’s really disappointing to spend that kind of money and end up with food that couldn’t be eaten. Very unfortunate experience.

Asked for Baja Midnight, gave me regular Baja Blast. If I wanted Baja Blast then I would have gone to sheetz or walmart, I don’t know how they could have gotten the Baja wrong, will not order from here again. They also did not fully cook my quesadilla and just left it with cold shredded cheese in the middle. Service and food is usually abysmal and really steers me away, especially now since it is not an isolated incident. No wonder they have 2.5 stars on Yelp.
UPDATE: Went back one more time to give them a second chance and they DROPPED MY DEBIT CARD OUT THE WINDOW and I thought I lost my card, so I had to walk back to the food window, looked down and my card was on the drive thru road in front of the window. My card could have been stolen or run over and the worker claimed he gave it to me. Really will not return now.

Ordered from DoorDash one of the worst experiences I have ever had tacos looked like someone took their frustration out on taco and punched it. Photos should speak for everything wrong nacho fries with no sauce and at the bottom of the bag. Missing half the order. Might want to reevaluate the staff whoever worked on 5/4

Been here over 30 minutes waiting for a doordash after a 10 minute drive to the store. Ive managed 2 different taco bell locations myself previously this is absolutely deplorable service and impacting with my time and income as a door dasher. I can’t express how unprofessional and lazy this is I’ll be letting everyone I know to boycott this location. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!

Doordasher’s SKIP! Once again, I sat at the front counter for 17 minutes (for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived) , watching as they made at least a dozen orders that were placed after mine. They finally asked for the name of the order I was waiting for after 12 minutes, but amazingly still refused to make my food. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t the first time.
