Every day Yum! Brands strays further from god. Don’t spend your hard earned money here. They got the order completely wrong and were out of most things we ordered including drinks. Said they “didn’t get a truck today”. Should have read the other reviews before ordering. Hopefully you are reading this before you order.

You’ll see from the photos this place is certainly cheating you on what you orders….essentially stealing. The Nachos Bell Grande is more like Nachos Barely Anything. The burrito…seriously?! Pictured with a chip to show they basically gave half a burrito. We got home and realized they didnt give us our entire order (actual stealing).

Staff is always nice and friendly. Food is delicious and correct 99% of the time. If something is wrong, they correct it right away. I order here weekly, love this location!!!

Honestly just dumbfounded at how often they mess up orders and serve the most subpar food I’ve had at any taco bell, my fiance and I just picked up a mobile order and they almost completely ignored edits I made nothing I had asked to be removed was removed and this was after waiting maybe 10 minutes while the restaurant was empty overall horrible experience don’t waste your money this taco bell is basically the bottom of the barrel broken tacos completely wrong orders. Would rate zero if it allowed me because this taco bell is possibly the worst one I’ve been too before and I’ve had more accurate orders filled in areas where kitchen staff doesn’t speak English it’s honestly pathetic.

Read the other reviews. They get upset because they have to actually make food. The guy through the window said I was doing good. Till you came in and ordered two party pack tacos. But folks read the rest of the reviews. Nothing gets done. The owner doesn’t even respond to any of the negative reviews. Take a look folks! Their customer service isnt something they take seriously. Wow does that. I said hi how are you doing. I was doing good till these tacos got ordered. The line was bare. We were literally the only ones here at 932pm. Dont worry though management doesn’t respond.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been here in the past 5-6 weeks. Orders are made wrong or items missing. Kitchen is chaos. People in the kitchen arguing with each other. This place has gotten to be as useless as the Burger King that was here that closed for these same reasons. Don’t waste your time.

Last night we asked if they had the soft taco / burrito box. Lady said yes. I ordered it. She said anything else. I said 2 Doritos tacos. We get home no burritos. Just 6 soft tacos and the rest Doritos tacos. Was almost 30 dollars… I call up man then claims they don’t have the burrito box anymore yet online has it still. This caused ISSUES. Why is it so hard to get what people order? Lady should of said no. Or partial refund without issues as we didn’t get what we ordered…

Ordered the Grande Nachos, the orange cream freeze, the caramel apple empanada, and an extra cup of cheese. They were out of both the empanada and the freeze. Bummer, was looking forward to trying them. What was really annoying though was that they didn’t give me any guacamole on the nachos, barely any cheese on the nachos, and the extra cheese cup they charged me $1 for was barely half full. Seriously??? Never been to a worse taco bell.

I stopped by going home late and I was hungry passed through this Taco bell, i went inside hoping that it was going to be quick and out there was no one at register to help i even entered my order on the kiosk nothing was made i waited for a hot 20 minutes nobody attended me and later came an employee to take my order and waited another 10 minutes while the order was being made, it was even made terribly, regretted every penny that i spent at this location, never going back there again!!

Yesterday all misunderstood with Nikki manger today crystal called me solving problem which is misunderstood and I m deaf. Easy to use cashier than kiosk. Great people still welcome me even I was angery yesterday. Oh god good people there I encourage you all go there where good employees there. Understand about deaf people. But yesterday was big misunderstanding I make mistakes and they make mistakes we both apologized all good. Easy to deal and solving problem. Thank you Crystal and Nikki! ♥️
