It’s a Taco Bell so I’m not expecting to be blown away but compared to the other Taco Bell in Ithaca, this place is pretty great. They do have a tendency to forget one item with nearly every order I get, so I encourage people to check their orders before leaving. But, the food has always been warm and what I expect. The staff have all been incredibly pleasant every time I go through. And if you’re going during expected busy times the line moves slow, but only in that it’s a funnel and they can only get through a big line so quickly. When there’s few people on line it’s quick.

This location went down the tubes real quick. When they first opened we would come on our 30 minute lunch break and always marveled at how quick the service was. Well that didn’t last unfortunately. My last 3 visit the service was insanely slow and I just sat in the drive thru for 45+ minutes. Felt like one car was holding it up- they should have been told to pull to the side. The guy at the window was nice and friendly. Very disappointed with the chicken nuggets and this visit overall. If you are looking for fast…do not come here.

After waiting for about 20 minutes for our food to be made, we watched one of the workers retreat to the bathroom. He emerged from the bathroom wearing the same gloves he entered with, checked his phone and began preparing food. Not wanting to cause a scene, I requested a refund and to cancel my order, saying it was taking too long. I was told the transaction couldn’t be canceled, but my food would be ready soon. I wasn’t going to eat food prepared by the guy who wore his food prep gloves while using the bathroom, so I just left. I will never, ever return to this location.

Placed an order on the kiosk at 5:08 pm at 5:46 pm 38 minutes later I finally got my food. This place is RIDICULOUS!!! I had 2 employees asked if I have been helped ahhhhhh YES WAITING ON MY ORDER!!!!!!! People came in and ordered on kiosk sat down and ate their meals and left RIDICULOUS before I even got my TO GO ORDER!!! Lady came in and complained while I was standing there waiting and for her replacement food no problem even before they started my order then she came back in 2 more times. Geez they can’t get anything right. I would rather have gotten my money back. By the time I got home my family had to wait until after 6pm to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to eat. My first experience when walking into the franchise I fell because the floor was slippery. As the saying goes 3 times a charm. Should be 3 strikes your out. There won’t be a 3rd time. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment in Ithaca NY on Triphammer road TO ANYONE!!

I got the loaded beef nachos but swapped the beef for potatoes but it came with no potatoes. And this taco bell is the only one that doesn’t work with the mobile app, please get this fixed! People will be ordering from the app, to show up to pick up their order only to realize they don’t got any order but lost their money anyway! And depending on your bank, it may take the same day to get a refund or weeks. I never once seen any issues like this before, whoever owns this taco bell and if can get that mobile app working asap! And I’m still wanting my refund back!!!!

About 2 weeks ago I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes before I finally got to the front of the line and received my food. Assuming they were busy and short staffed, I tried not to be upset. I decided to give them another try last night. It took 30 minutes for me to get to the speaker to order. After waiting another 30 minutes and only moving 1 car length, I pulled out of line and left. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, but I will not be returning to this location.

I waited in the drive through for over an hour, not counting time spent before placing my order. I’m not exaggerating. Over 60 minutes between speaking my order and receiving my food. 3 cars ahead of me. Small orders, too. Insane. Too scared to ever go back, honestly. I made a complaint to corporate about this via the Taco Bell app and requested a follow-up, but never received any updates. I had just gotten done shopping at the nearby Aldi, so I had cold food that was going bad in the trunk the whole time, too. I should’ve just left, but I had already paid, and no one ever imagines they’ll spend more than 20 minutes waiting *after they’ve already arrived at the last drive-thru window.*

Insanely long waits are not unusual. I waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes during my last visit. Seems like the staff might be incompetent.
Updated: So I made the mistake of returning to this location during less busy hours, and they forgot three items in my order. I called them to request a refund, and they told me they could only provide a refund if I drove 20 minutes back to their location. This is not the first time they have forgotten items from my order. For sure, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!

Placed a door dash order a couple weeks ago, ordered at 5:05pm and my order didn’t arrive until til 8pm! Ice cold food. Thank you to my air fryer. Felt bad the dasher had to wait in a drive through line for over an hour! Unacceptable. Then I attempted to grab something for lunch around 1:45 on a Monday, sat in a line for almost 10 minutes with zero movement with at least 6 cars who haven’t made it to the order yet. I got out of line and left. Do better.

Ordered online at 617 pm on a Wednesday. Took over an hour to get thru the drive thru only to wait another 15 minutes for our food to come out. I understand there could be new staff training or someone called out sick or what have you but, even I have my limits. This kind of service is unacceptable.
