Ordered beef crunch wrap supreme through the drive up and there was no beef or cheese only lettuce and some refried beans,. This location has been disappointing since they opened up the new building. I have ordered from here since the first building opened in the 90s.

The Hills
For a brand new location, this place is nasty and disgusting! I went inside because I needed to use the restroom to wash my hands. First, there was an employee in the men’s room (on his phone because I could hear it) for over 10 minutes. I ended up washing my hands in the woman’s room because he was in there so long. Then he came out and just wandered around the dining area before heading in the back.
Second, I am sorry I went inside as there was no clean tables, food on the floor, looks like the floor hasn’t been mopped in weeks. The mats on the floor were nasty as they haven’t been swept or vacuumed forever. The place was so nasty I paid for my food and threw it away. There was no way I was eating anything from that place!!! If the dining area was that gross I could just imagine what the back looked like.
Seems to me that someone from Syracuse needs to make a surprise visit and fire some folks…

I actively avoid this Taco Bell and usually go to the one further down Ridge Rd. I’ve never experienced fast service here nor friendly service.
Today 04/21/24 I accidentally placed an order for this location instead of the other. When I got there, my order tracker said that my order was ready, but there wasn’t anything on the mobile order rack. The girl at the counter ignored me and went to the back, leaving the counter empty.
Someone finally came over annoyed and asked me if I had a mobile order and then asked my name 3 different times before finding it.
While I was waiting, I could see into the back of the kitchen and was shocked to see the floor littered with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Even further back was a full burrito just being ignored on the floor. Seeing this made me feel incredibly uncomfortable about how my food might be handled.
The food that I did receive barely had any chicken in it, the beans seemed crusty and old, and the same with the potatoes.

No more taco bell. Every Taco Bell has a disgusting, dirty dining room every time.Glass on entrance is always filthy. They did not put the sour cream in the burrito.Supreme much like other times they just do not make the food properly. The taco shells were hard like stone because they are not cooked propeplay as usual. We are done with taco bell.

So I ordered from my app and it said my order was gonna be ready by 615 but I didn’t get it till 645 half an hr which is ridiculous especially for fast food shouldn’t take anymore than like 10 min tops that was the point of ordering it ahead of time so it would be ready by the time I got there they got the order right as well they should with how long it took but lines were long both inside and drive thru idk who’s running this place but they got to do something different they should really rectify this by giving me a gift certificate or something for my time wasted this isn’t on me!!

I had multiple missing items from my order and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to get those items back to me which was very frustrating. The items that were missing were the most expensive so of course I was going to wait for them to make it and not leave without them. It’s disappointing knowing this has already happened to me multiple times from this location. This is my last time going here.

This is the only Taco Bell I have been to that consistently gets the food right AND it isn’t all mush in the bag and thrown together broken tacos.
Buuuuuut. Order inside or pickup inside mobile order?? Forget it twice I’ve had an order here ready and no one watching the front counter because of the kiosks and unwillingness to pay staff. Meanwhile they stash your finished orders behind the counter don’t check for customers coming in to pickup. And if you go over to their mobile order PICKUP rack they yell at you for going there cuz God forbid you don’t want to stand in the lobby for 15 mins waiting for one of their employees to acknowledge you.
Also these new redesign Taco Bell interiors SUCK. Atmosphere 1 star

Had to pick up an order for myself and one for my mom. Was told I had to pull back around for my mom’s which is already frustrating because I’m right there at the window already waiting for mine. I said okay, fine, but at least pull up the order so that it’s ready when I pull back around and I don’t have to wait long.
They said they would but didn’t bother because when i came back around they couldn’t find it at first and I ended up having to wait behind three other cars for 15 minutes after they finally found it when they literally could’ve just given it to me at the same time they gave me mine. Wasted my time completely.
