I usually eat here because I am a college student and it’s a relatively cheap meal. Most of the time the food quality is decent however portion sizes are hit or miss. Recently the portion sizes and quality has dropped significantly. I put in a mobile order today and picked it up, after I sat down and opened the box I was met with half of my quesadilla, the other half was just the tortilla with nothing on it. The burrito that was ordered with no beans on it also had beans. This taco bell was not busy at the time either, the workers simply don’t care to get the order right half the time. I am extremely disappointed that the workers here can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum to ensure that the meals ordered are correct. Unless something changes I do not plan to re-order from this location again.

Did a mobile order and pickup about 15 mins before arriving at the store. Service was fast and friendly. Order roughly $50 dollars worth of food. 100% the best breakfast crunch wraps ive ever had from a taco bell. Food is all hot and amazing even after driving home for 15 mins. Whoever made our food did a fantastic job!

This has by far been the best Tacobell I’ve been too. The staff are friendly and welcoming even when business is booming. I really love when I come in and see everyone smiling and in a good mood. Makes me want to join the team lol. The food is always delicious and filling but it seems like the prices don’t match the portion :/ I come here weekly and will continue to do so.

The worst Taco Bell in the area, they have messed up every order I’ve made. Last order they somehow forgot to add the beans to my black bean burrito so it was just an empty tortilla with sauce and jalapeños. I don’t even know how you do that.

Worst Taco bell in the area. Absolutely disgustingly filthy. Zero customer service. We ordered on line and the food was half ass thrown together and not good.
We couldn’t even get the employees to look at us when we were trying to get their attention. An elderly gentleman in front us tried to let the manager know does the men’s bathroom was filthy and had rubber gloves all over the floor. They ignored him, two different employees went into the bathroom apparently to use it, because nobody cleaned it. 45 minutes later the men’s room was still disgusting with rubber gloves all over the floor. I don’t know how you could care so little about your business or your customers. Do not eat here, Go to the Taco Bell on Lehigh Station rd, it’s worth a couple minutes extra drive time.

This is my go to Taco Bell!! Literally anytime I’ve had a problem they’ve been kind and quick. My food is always right, and the staff are clearly well trained. Thank you for the hard work!

The food was fine, but the service was awful. I ordered on the kiosk and waited 10 minutes for my food. Turns out it was just sitting behind the counter. One would think if you order in store they would announce your name or number when it is ready.
The addition of the kiosks are the downfall of Taco Bell. The employees could barely make eye contact and clearly didn’t want to help, even when you stand right at the counter waiting for help.

I order delivery from here to my dorm every few weeks and I have to say the quality of food from this location blows almost every location I know back in NYC out of the water. The prices are great, the portions are excellent, and I don’t know what’s going on back in the kitchen but I genuinely believe some of the items I receive look even better than the pictures on the menu. I typically never write reviews but this place goes above and beyond and I wish the best for the worker who made my loaded nachos with potatoes last night at ~12:30 AM this Thursday.
