Came here and ordered a crunch wrap it was flat as a quesadilla. Asked for it to be remade and they put barely no ground beef in it..just done with taco bells on Rochester from now on none of the locations are worth it any more

Absolutely horrible front counter service. Came in to pick up a mobile order, first the man in front of me walked out because no one acknowledged him, then I was told to use the kiosk by the employee that was called to the front to service me. I come here multiple times a week for lunch and this location has done nothing but gotten worse. I’m thinking it’s about time to cut it out of my routine.

I paid for food and drove away without waiting for it. Even though they had to toss it and it was no longer breakfast time, the location allowed me to change my menu item and receive the food for free. I screwed up, they facilitated. Excellent service.

This location always messes up my order. They give me someone else’s order most of the time. I have to double check my order everytime I have to go through drive-thru. As if that wasn’t enough, being a vegetarian I am very careful about the food I eat. This time they mixed chicken with my nacho fries. Never coming back here again
