Street chalupas come in hard taco shells with cheese covering the one side and 2, maybe 3 pieces of extremely tough chicken? Apparently every other tbell got the memo besides this store… Thank you for the extremely disappointing meal. Beyond a disgusting interior and kitchen, staff had zero sense of urgency, and actually found the line of customers and door dash drivers funny.
I stood and waited 15 min on my online order which I ordered 1 hour prior. I watched the whole operation in the sticky, unkept lobby.
The garbage in the kitchen was overflowing, staff was tossing crumpled bags and napkins in the trash. Trash falling to the floor.
The service line was filled with debris. Lettuce, tomatoes, wet napkins, cheese spilled everywhere. All squirt bottles were empty and spraying all over wrappers and food products in the toppings bar.
Zero management direction. The staff worked as if they were in their own kitchen at home and didn’t have a care in the world about the line in the lobby.
The food…welp…
Shame on me for not checking my bad, but I was missing chips, and a Cinnabon. Yes, one Cinnabon. I watched it fall out of the wrapper, roll on the floor and get trapped under a workers foot.
Pieces of tomato made it into my daughter’s soft taco. She’s allergic. Could not give her that.
The wraps were so wet from the prep station that they had holes in them.
Cold, inedible food. Just an absolute horrible experience. Restaurant inspectors, if you’re reading this, pay this location a visit and bring a corporate member with you.

1.Kitchen floor dirty with full staff. Didn’t take pic, fb already has pic of floors
2. Waited 35 min for a pick up order
3. No one came and asked if I was being helped not once
4. Gave me the absolutely wrong order with Maryana’s name on it then left the wrong order just sitting on the counter. Sorry I found your churros in my bag.
5. Put jalapeño sauce on my sons quesadilla, didn’t even cut the quesadilla.
6. Manager did absolutely nothing to fix the horrible mess up. No apology for anything.
Just close the location.

the wait time here is crazy and i try to be a patient person. especially during the night. sitting in the drive through right now its been like 30 minutes and only two cars have gotten their orders so far. there needs to be more people hired here or better workers. i try to sympathize because i work fast food i understand its hard when its busy but this is nuts

The place smells like a homeless person peed in the front eating area and they robbed us of a chalupa which is anyone know these days is very expensive. Also there was no one there either in the Drive-Thru or the dining area when we went so there was no excuse for them screwing up our order. Also the food was sloppily put together and was lukewarm at best even the cheese in the cheesy gordita was not melted and you could still tell that it was shredded cheese because of it not being melted also the five layer burrito was cold not even sure that they warmed any of this food.

Made a simple order of 3 soft chicken tacos and a steak grilled cheese burrito. Got the order and had 3 soft beef tacos. Went back in told them the order was wrong told the gentleman I ordered 3 soft chicken tacos. They remade my order and then gave me and it was wrong again. 3 crunchy chicken tacos. Finally the 3rd time it was right. All of these mistakes and I paired almost 19.00!

We seem to complain about how everything is going up around us. To eat out is usually a treat, but this location seems to enjoy putting the heaviest items on top crushing the tacos below. Due to the fact that ignorance is overpaid and rewarded with continued employment I’ll be passing this location going forward. Should have known when drive through was paltry. Ugh
