Ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and this is how they both came.. empty and just cheese not melted. I’m not sure what happened… I give service a 2 because the guy giving me the bag was nice and upbeat.

I picked up food today for a coworker and I must say the service was quick,the lady that was working the window helped me,her name was Isabel, So nice to be greated with a smile and ask if she can make the drink for me as she noticed I had no idea what drink my coworker wanted and how to make it. Thank you it’s the small things that make someones day! We need more customer service people like you!! Place was extremely clean ,very impressed by all.

I just had a pleasant experience at Taco Bell they had a girl working the window pretty sure she’s had her name was Abrina but my car was fairly loud she could have said Sabrina. I do apologize for getting her name possibly wrong. But she was super sweet I wasn’t sure what something was called I wasn’t sure that there’s something apparently got taken off the menu and she was patient with me she was kind she was sweet. I just had to write this review to say Top Notch employee this girl deserves a raise she is awesome!

I was about to write a bad review about when I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order, got all the way home and had to drive back to tell them. But when I drove back and showed the kid in the hat and glasses my receipt versus what they gave me he addressed it with the drive through which was good because they needed to know they messed up but then he prepared my meal fresh and quickly! He even gave me the wrong food. So I was pleased of the service of that guy, thank you for making it right.

This was my quesadilla going back for the second time. I asked for a cheese quesadilla meal with no chicken and no sauce. I got back to my house and there was chicken in the quesadilla and the cheese was not cooked at all. So I went back to get it remade and they remade it no chicken this time but again my cheese is not cooked. I’m very annoyed and disappointed because I would never sell food like this and this food should have never left the restaurant looking like this.

I had previously given this place a good review but apparently its gone downhill. I ordered a taco box at 1am using the online app but when i went through the drivethru i waited 30 minutes just to find out they had cancelled my order because “they were short staffed”… ok but it was over an hour before they closed and i didnt even order that much. Absolute BS! They cant make me 6 tacos? And they were still serving other people? Give me a break. Unprofessional, lazy staff. Maybe hire more people if you cant fufill an average sized order on a saturday night. Used to be great but lately Ive had problems and this was the last straw. Whoever is in charge of hiring is as incompetent as their staff. Used to be a frequent customer but now youll be lucky if you catch me here ever again. Skip this low quality joint and make the trip to the tacobell at walmart.

Most of my order was missing. I tried reaching out to customer service for the app. There’s no way to get a human. I can fill out a form. But there’s no way to get a refund for my missing food.

2 stars because the food was good. Also 2 stars because I could have gone to a sitdown restaurant for as long as we had to wait. 45 minutes for a $20 order is unacceptable. Especially when you see 100 cars go through the drive thru and no one inside being taken care of. Last time this happened I let it go. This is the 2nd time in a row now. Wish there was a taco bell in Spencerport

And someone approached the counter to take our order without much of a wait!! (while other locations didn’t have anyone available to take out order so we used the self checkout)
They changed the tables and chairs to hard wooden seats that loudly drag across the floor. NOT comfortable.

To-go order. Compared to other Taco Bells that I have been to or gotten delivery from, this one is 5-Stars! This new building had fast, polite service and the order was correct and hot. There was no waiting in line. They’re a little more generous with the fillings. Toppings were fresh. Sauces were plentiful.
