Terrible experience at Taco Bell. Service was slow and unprofessional until the manager stepped in. Food arrived cold. Ordered a taco with no lettuce, just cheese and meat, and got a taco with lettuce, barely any beef, and NO CHEESE . Not worth it. 1/5 stars

Absolutely awful. My online order was sitting behind the counter for a long time. It was already 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. when I finally got someone’s attention and asked if they could hand me the bag, the training manager threw a fit, got in my face refused to give me the food. Wasted everybody’s time by insisting on standing there yelling at me. Another employee handed me the bag since I was refusing to leave without my food that was already paid for. This person should not be in charge of anything. Hot-Tempered, volatile and extremely rude.
Also the food was bad. Cold. paid for extra guacamole. There was like a teaspoon in there and it was bland with no flavor.

Horrible would never go there again. Waited 36 minutes until I got to the window than the”manager “proceeded to to tell me to wait to get to the window (to save his times on screen) and I only know that because I’m a former Taco Bell employee . Than got upset that I would not accommodate , on top of the dirty looks from the staff & than let’s top it off by shoving 2 bags of wrong food and a drink tray full at me just horrible all around needs a whole new night staff

This Taco Bell is always slow. We did a mobile order. It said our order would we ready at 3.20. It was not ready by 3.50 I could wait any longer and it couldnt be cancelled by me or the store. I am out the money for the food. Thos happens a lot since the manager quit months ago

Horrible experience came to get my order and the lady that took my order was so rude I’ve never experienced or went through anything like this in my life. The manager said she was pregnant and that was why she spoke to us like that. That’s not an excuse she said foul language to us in front of the manager I told the manager why she did that and he said he sent her home and couldn’t give us her name or his name I’ve never been disrespected like this in my like and my kids heard it all also it need to be a change asap and I wonder if she did anything to my food I shouldn’t have to worry like that over food that’s payed for MANAGEMENT PLEASE STEP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW AT THIS LOCATION AND I HAVE THE VIDEO . My food is cold also I guess they showed me smh

I ordered 45 dollars worth of food using my mobile app for drive thru pick up when we got there they said my order was already picked up when it wasn’t and the store employees did not try to help us at all and just ignored us the whole time we stood inside the store. Terrible customer service

I ordered off of DoorDash at 130 and got my food at 230, the poor dasher stood there for 40 minutes waiting for my order. Whatever you do do not pick this location!!!! I couldn’t believe I waiting that long for the food, I live 2 mins away and should have just walked there instead lol

Over half hour wait at 1:30am. You can see employees just laughing and dancing and doing dumb stuff. Unreal to have to wait this long when people are trying to make money. I legit can’t believe how bad this place is. Management needs to flip every employee in this place, it’s diabolical how bad it is.

Had to write this review. Went there last night after ordering on the mobile app and my order was wrong. First of all the wait was very long and when they finally gave us our order they forgot 2 large Nacho Fries and gave us cheesy potatoes instead. 2 large Nacho Fries are about 7-8 dollars and 2 cheesy potatoes are like $3 so I felt slighted. Drinks were also wrong. Tried to contact the store the next day to no avail. So if any one reads this, don’t waste your time here because it wasn’t the first time. Go to another location where there’s better service and more value for your dollar, especially in this economy.
