Do not recommend this location, something is ALWAYS MISSING. For example they never give you the side of nacho cheese for chips or nacho fries and they ALWAYS put lettuce on my taco when I order it with NO lettuce. My drink had no ice and was half full. The workers literally do not care one bit. I get working fast food sucks because I’ve worked it before, but come on it’s not hard to read a screen and double check a bag before it goes out. Staff is incredibly rude and look at you like you have 5 heads when you politely ask them to remake the order. Soo sick of this. Don’t waste your money or time here.

The only reason I keep coming is because its literally 5 mins from my house. But evertime I order theres something missing, I dont understand I have to check then when I let the person know they dont say anything just walk away and come back with my missing item. Sorry you forgot something I paid for and interrupted your flow. Then if I go through the drive thru they’re rushing for me to get out the way. Today I got a quick dinner since I got off from work, literally 2 soft tacos, 2 empanadas and chips with queso & mild sauce. I got like 4 handful of mixed sauces & like 6 forks I dont know why, I was missing 1 empanada and the chips that go with my queso. I’m not going back

Great staff – especially Tim, new guy at drive thru! Quick, capable & friendly. A real asset to the team. I was in & out within 2-3 minutes. Awesome job guys! Will be back for sure.

Granted they were short staffed this day but their soda machine was out of ice and maybe co2. They clearly gave the people next to me the wrong order and they customers were nice about it the but the girl behind the counter snapped at them a bit.

They never give you your drink. Every time I order they drop off the bag and sprint back out of site so you have to wait til they see you and come back out so you can ask for the drink you ordered. Also they never give the sauce packets. Reading the orders is apparently impossible at this location.

My power bowl came in a box with NO top! I said no lettuce to my regular soft taco still got lettuce. My power bowl was supposed to come with shredded cheese and never even got that! I got a small bowl of beans and rice and I was supposed to get nacho cheese and steak and didn’t get it. All my food ended up coming cold and when I went to call them the phone rang and then went to voice mail as if they ended it so they wouldn’t have to hear it

My first EVER Google review. Took 90 minutes for my food, and received no apologies throughout the waiting. Trauma bonded with fellow customers waiting the same amount of time, as they were bringing out my food they had the gall to tell the other customers to wait outside for their food as the lobby was closed. Unbelievable, worst fast food experience of my life. They don’t even deserve the 1 star it takes to write this review. Those fellow customers were real ones though I’ll always remember you<3

Sat in the drive thru for quite a while, they said they were short staffed but there was multiple people standing around inside. Place my order and had to repeat myself multiple times. Get home and its missing multiple things, then it looks like someone stomped on the food I actually got.

I stopped in at this Taco Bell today to grab a quick burrito. I gave my order directly to the clerk at 12:05. I watched customers after me receiving orders and departing and the ones served before me departing. Finally at 12:25 I asked why I had not received my order. The person said she’d check. About 4 minutes later I was handed a bag with my order. No ‘I’m so sorry this was delayed’ or explanation as to why it took so long for my order. I’m not a complainer but an apology would have been more than appropriate! Poor customer service here for sure.
