I placed a mobile order around lunch time for pickup, knowing they would be busy & understanding (to an extent) that I would need to wait. Per the information I was provided my order would be ready at 12:19. It was 25 minutes after that when I actually received my food. It’s evident that drive-thru & dine-in customer have priority as I watched countless numbers of those customers who arrived after me going right through no problem. What was the point of me putting an order in ahead of time then? I wish I could say the food was good at least, but instead I waited nearly half an hour to never even receive the add-on ingredients that I paid extra for.

I placed a mobile order at 8:07. I get there 10 minutes later and I sat in the drive through along with 3 cars ahead of me for 20 minutes without moving an inch. I backed out and went inside, there were 4 people in there ordering and one waiting for an order. I asked at the counter if I could get my food and was told I have to go through the drive through so back out there I go. Another 25 minutes later and I get my food. AN HOUR for a mobile order with at least 8 workers are inside is absolutely insane.

If you want to wait almost an hour in the drive thru for your food then get disrespected this is the place! Waited almost an hour and brought it up to the worker at the window after she aggressively handed me my drink. Then she pulled my food back and asked me to repeat myself and I did, saying it was crazy to wait that long. She then proceeded to throw the food through my car window. Completely unacceptable, I get she was stressed but there was only 4 cars ahead of me the whole time. I understand it’s dinner and she was stressed but she could’ve apologized or never did that with the drink in the first place. The foods good for a fast food place, but the service was terrible. I hope that in the future I will be able to receive my food without such hostility

I paid $10 for a veggie bowl and this is what I received. Half of the box is empty. There is barely any beans. Also, I paid extra for rice and avocado ranch. I also ordered a soft potato taco that came without the chipotle sauce and I paid extra for avocado salsa that I never received. I am a big fan of Taco bell, but this franchise always disappoints.

They are a typical taco bell, which is good.
They had major issues with their speed and order accuracy the first year after they opened but that appears to be corrected. Still a little slower than other taco bells in the area.

30+ min wait at drive thru, this might possibly be the slowest Taco Bell location in NYS and possibly the entire east coast. An odd thing, the girl at the first window was having us wait 5-10 mins before moving to the second despite no customers at the second window. The staff was nice and accommodated my missing food without problem. Gonna be a hard pass on this location from now on though.
Turns out I was missing a lot more food than I had realized once I got home.

The place looks very dirty, the tables, floors, kitchen and bathrooms are disgusting, the toilet is full of poop, it seems like it is never washed, I see photos from a year ago and they are just as dirty, they should close this place for lack of cleanliness.

This place finally has it together! Five stars across the board. Great work, crews! Everything has been prompt and well prepared, and the dining room is clean and the only complaint I have is the music but no accounting for taste Taco Pass RULES! BRING BACK THE GENUINE OG CHILITO PLEASE!

clean, nice staff, they always make the food amazing, Compared to other Taco Bell’s this is probably the best you can go to, They don’t rush your orders they make it correctly, And staff is nice.
