I wasn’t going to say anything because I know how hard it is to work in fast food but I just got fed up at this point. I have been to the Farmington store more than 10 times and 8/10 I have gotten some of the crappiest food that cost way to much. I am just hoping someone sees this and thinks maybe there are better places to go

Their night shift is terrible! Can never get an order correct! Several times I have gone there at night to find the girls out in the dining area messing around with guys instead of doing their jobs! Wait at the drive through for almost 10 minutes for an online order and see people inside touching other people in the dining area and then touching their own face and hair, then handling people’s orders without cleaning their hands!
Ordered 5 times in the last 2 weeks and not a single order has been correct or the food was made extremely sloppy and portioned smaller than what it’s supposed to be. If you want a tortilla filled with condiments and other people’s germs then this is the Taco Bell for you!

As a delivery driver, waiting over 15min for an order that was placed 10min ahead of arrival is absolutely absurd. Waiting for the food, ice literally melting to make the drink flat, resulting in a poor rating for myself. During the wait, numerous customers walked in & left after NO ONE came to the front. Just a bunch of college kids cursing at each other having a jolly time while ignoring their jobs is why I’ll NOT be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

They never make my food right, always forgetting things on my order and it’s a waste of money but when you don’t find out till your home and you can’t or don’t wanna go back, it’s a waste of money and for them to be doing that over and over again it’s really messed up. I’m sick and tired of this bs it’s not hard to make an order correctly and make sure everything is in the bag when you’re not even that busy at 7:45 at night. Horrible just horrible.

Shout out to the kid who took my order 2/13 at around 5:30pm. He said the funniest thing while finishing up my order that had me laughing the whole way home. I came home and told my husband and he started dying laughing as well. It prompted me to come on here and leave a glowing review.

We’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, but this one is by far the worst. We ordered large fries, but what we got was a joke, it looked like someone forgot to fill the container or ate half of it! We were furious. Avoid this location if you want proper portions.

Night shift crew is always rude as hell. the girls working there are doing the bare minimum. They aren’t even able to say a hello or you’re welcome.
Find a new job if you’re so miserable in life. Do better. SMH

I ordered off the app 20 minutes in advance so it would be ready when i got there. Went in told them i ordered off the app and he immediately walked away from the counter after he handed us our 2 cups. Other people came in and waited at the counter for multiple minutes to order without even being acknowledged. Finally after 12 minutes they ordered. they got their food shortly after as we sat there waiting. 30 minutes have gone by before we ordered and we finally said something. Just then did they start our order. The service and management of this place is a complete joke.

Expectation vs Reality. Things were trending up with this Taco Bell but once again they let me down. What in the world is this 3 inch burrito? I get “it’s fast food, what do you expect?” But also, can I please get a normal sized burrito? Gah dam. I got 2 of these mini burritos but I paid for 2 normal sized ones.

I’m very disappointed with the service, the management, and the overall lack of understanding at this location. As a parent of a large family with children who have food allergies and disabilities, we spend over $70 each visit and expect basic care and professionalism.
After a family emergency, I placed our usual order—four identical meals—and clearly informed staff that my kids have a chicken allergy. I verified the order before leaving, but when we got home (a 20-minute drive), we discovered one of the meals was contaminated with chicken. This was a serious food safety violation, and I had to throw out the meal and buy my family another dinner that night.
We called the store right away and were told to speak with the general manager the next morning. When we did, the employee was rude, refused to give his name or the manager’s name, and hung up on us. After repeated calls with no answer, we finally reached someone who said we would be added to a log and that our meals would be replaced. We were also informed there was no acting general manager because the general manager was out on paternity leave.
We again was denied manager names were crequest.
When I returned to the restaurant, I was given conflicting information about the situation. The manager on duty gave a different explanation and excused the earlier rude behavior by saying it was a busy morning, implying other customers were more important. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a corporate phone number.
This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Food allergies are a serious matter and should be treated with care. We will not be returning unless there is a clear resolution and real change in how this location handles food safety and customer concerns.
