This Taco Bell in Hamburg is top notch. Orders are accurate, counter service is professional, the food comes out pretty fast, it’s hot and tasty. What more can you ask for? The Taco Bell menu is reasonably priced as well.

They always got that drive through closed literally forever that drive through is having issues. always out of something always got that drink machine down. you order here 9/10 they changing the order cause they outta something like it’s crazyyyyy. went inside with my aunt once because the drive through was yet again closed and the staff inside starts telling people to get out…. like excusé moi? the staff is USUALLY friendly. they have extremely slow service. i’ve been here multiple times where the drive through wait is literally 30+ minutes like im sorrryyyy that is ridiculous for a FAST food place on a corner of a busy road. they always appear to be under staffed and telling customers they’re backed up inside. somethings gotta change or people are going to start going elsewhere.

Been here multiple times and today is the last. One piece of chicken on a Chalupa. Taco wrapper wrapped inside the taco (exactly how it sounds), cinnamon twists with zero cinnamon on them, and for the third time, forgot to put several items in our bag. This place sucks, don’t waste your time or money.

Food was good, most of the employees are nice, but I was always get the little guy who is always rude and condescending towards customers and other employees. Maybe not put the guy with zero customer skills on the register or at the drive thru window?

Loved to get lunch here regularly since I work nearby- but when I last stopped in I realized they have discontinued hiring people to work the counter. I don’t support replacing human workers with ai and computer screens. I don’t appreciate this management decision, and will not be supporting this business any longer.

I pull up to the drive thru and I see only one other car at the window. No one else in line. The woman on the speaker comes on and says “just so you know we are extremely busy and understaffed. We need to catch up on our togo orders so you’ll be waiting for at least 10 min.” I drove off and will not be back which is hard because I actually like Taco Bell.
