We always usually go here on account of how thoughtful the staff (in regards of preparing food correctly and not forgetting items most of the time…) however we ended up getting a mobile order delivered to us tonight and almost everything is messed up.
We got two supreme dips – one with sour cream and no beans and one with no sour cream and beans, ended up messing it up but it was ok, we know mistakes happen.
HOWEVER….
We also got 3 beefy potatoes grillers and a mini taco salad in our order….and they were completely forgotten only thing in the bag was our nacho fries!!! I seriously do not understand how you can miss that many items in an order…and that’s not even the whole of it!! Another item was seriously damaged, not by the car that delivered it but by whoever made the item. This is seriously ridiculous please do not ever order here unless you want to risk the chances of not getting what you paid for.

Had delivery..look at pictures. My order was wrong. They put the sour cream between the taco and paper and not on taco. Uber delivery driver pulled up licking her fingers eating taco bell. Not taco nor the driver checked to make sure order was right before she left store. This was for my daughter’s first meal as she’s been in ICU. Terrible

Any employee that shoves a bag in a customers hand, needs to be re-evaluated because where is the training for customer service, closed the window immediately didn’t even get to ask for sauce!!! And who trained these employees to package an order?

I went here a few times, and I absolutely love it. The food is always fresh and correct. The staff is pleasant, and they even included napkins in my boxed meal. Keep up the good work!

Im absolutely disappointed in the quality of my food. I ordered a bean barrito and selected no cheese and they literally ignored my request. I will attach pics of the beanless burrito with cheese. It was not wrapped qell at all the filling was all on the outside of burrito. The drink was not filled to top it was a inch from top. I do not really order out but I do not eat meat and my man wanted Taco bell so I decided to grab a bean burrito. I figured it would be no harm. I was sadly mistaken. I called the # several times to speak with a manager to express my disappointment no one picked up the phone. I guess I need to find something else to eat after wasting my time energy and money.

For a place that closes at 1 am, 8:30pm is a terribly early time to stop taking orders… waited in line at the drive through for over 15 mins only to be told no more orders… with 5 cars behind me. As if they just expected me to wait in line and not get anything… I had to get out of my vehicle and get people to back up because of that.
