visited Taco Bell, and it was a decent experience, though not anything special. The tacos were quick and affordable, but the flavor was a bit lacking. The meat was overly seasoned and felt a bit greasy, while the toppings didn’t add much to the overall taste. The service was fast, and the restaurant was clean, but the atmosphere was a bit too fast-food typical—nothing unique. It’s fine if you’re looking for a cheap, quick meal, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Took over 30 minutes to get my order, wouldn’t refund it. Late to work. Never got to eat my order in the process.
Manager or whoever, older woman was just rude as anything. She wouldn’t tell me where I was on the ticket line and ended up just telling me my order was never placed. Which I went through DoorDash and it was supposed to be ready at 12:14, it said that the store confirmed my order as well.
She ignored me and went back to making orders where an employee on break ended up coming in to print my ticket and had someone make my order for me. She could’ve done that this entire time which just upsets me.
Probably won’t go there again. Not that I’m angry but it’s just not worth waiting for unfortunately.

I recently visited your drive-thru and was disappointed by the level of service I received. From the start, the employee taking our order seemed rushed and eager to move on, though the order was entered correctly: three soft tacos, one meal, one burrito, one soda, one freeze, one order of fries, and one side of potatoes.
Upon pulling up to pay and collect our food, we noticed the freeze drink was missing. While they prepared it, I checked the bag and found we were also missing a soft taco, the fries, and the potatoes. When I brought this to their attention, the employee appeared irritated and confused. She asked to see the bag but didn’t actually take or examine it. Eventually, we were given the fries and potatoes, but the soft taco was still missing.
After signaling to her again, she returned, laughed, and began yelling at the kitchen staff. She insisted the item was in the bag, despite my showing her that it was not. Another employee then came to the window, didn’t speak any English, and simply shut the window on us when we requested the missing item.
Overall, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. Their lack of basic courtesy and attention to customer concerns was disappointing. I strongly believe that individuals in customer service roles should be trained to handle such situations with patience, clarity, and respect.

I came to pick up an order through the Uber Eats drive-thru. The employee who was taking orders didn’t want to listen to me and said they were not accepting orders. I tried to explain that I was only there to pick up an order, not place one. Then another employee came and rudely told me to leave. When I drove to the next window, I had to wait a very long time before a manager came. After that, the employee said it was a robot who spoke to me, which made the situation even more confusing. Very unprofessional experience.

It’s always an issue at this taco bell. Drive thru girl was rude even when I tried to be nice about things since I been there before. First my daughter wanted to add 2 tacos so I told them if it was a big deal, not to worry about it but then there came the attitude. When we got our soda, it was out so I politely let her know and she gave us someone else’s drinks that still weren’t right but not enough to go further. She never gave me a receipt, never asked if we needed sauce, didn’t take back the bad drinks we had and then asked if we were waiting for something else. I parked to throw away our bad drinks and checked the bag. I ordered a quesadilla that wasn’t in there. Went inside to get some sauce and ask for it. The other girl came up and said I never ordered it. This could’ve just been resolved if I was given my receipt to begin with. Just trash. On a plus side the workers making the food were awesome, politely and funny. IF I ever go back, it will be for them!! Sorry not sorry for the rant. This is my 3rd time at this location in 2 years and its always something smh

On November 29th around 11pm or midnight, the person at the drive through asked if we had the mobile app and when we said no, she waited thirty minutes to take our order. When we pulled up to the window she was cleaning and made clear it wasn’t our problem. After one hour we left without food and with a cold from having our window down in the cold trying to order.

Attempted to order lux box and was told can be ordered only through the app, which is incorrect. I ordered the lux box on Thursday afternoon, not using the app just fine. Then, I ordered number 1 supreme with no cheese, opened tacos and found no tomatoes on it, no sour cream either, but was charged supreme pricing. Also, the baja blast tasted awful, and it needed to be changed. Rather go through during the day than night shift.

I barely come to this taco bell, even though its right next to my job. I cant say i’ve had one positive experience. There has been multiple times I’ve requested for my order to include sauces such as Diablo, and even state it multiple times at the intercom and every… single… time I am not given them. Sometimes my order is wrong or im missing something. I don’t want to say missing food happens every time, and sauce isnt a huge deal but when it seriously happens every time and the employees seem miserable to take the orders I can only perceive that they are too lazy to do their job correctly. It gets to the point where I don’t want to bother giving this location my money and take my business elsewhere. I cant say I’ve ever had this happen so often anywhere else. I know it may be my fault as im not checking the bag, but when you physically watch them put in the sauce on the intercom screen after requesting it multiple times you expect them to get it right.

I used to love this location. I haven’t been here in months, and the service was not good this time at all. I waited 40 minutes or more for my food and I ordered two discovery boxes with dippers and they came with zero dipping sauce. That is the entire reason I ordered them. My friend also received zero dipping sauces amongst their order. We were told to sit in the front and I could see the original employee walking around seemingly doing nothing, leaving another employee, that arrived after we arrived, seemingly in the dark about the growing line of cars and customers. Thankfully the second employee was nice and apologetic, but I decided to leave a bad review after getting home and seeing missed items. Terrible service just to get home and be missing items, especially for the amount of money spent.
