My first job was fast food, I have a lot of respect for fast food workers I know how things are done. I’m waiting for a door dash, I have 3 orders to do and I see my bag far into the workspace. I ask if it’s ready and they nod no. I watch for 20 minutes and nothing, I ask again and no response. After 30 minutes the manager comes in and gets me the order that was done the whole time. I am very upset but instead of scolding her employees who didn’t even check and have lied to me that it was being made, she told me to just go. Then I forget my drink with an order and go to the drive through window since the door was locked. The cashier refused to walk 8 paces and hand me the drink I left. By the time I got to my car all 3 had cancelled. I will decline every order I get from this marijuana smoking haven

Worthless manager. I ordered $35 worth of food through Taco Bell app. It’s been 3 hours. Horrible manger on duty has no clue what’s going on. Told me to come pick up the order I paid an extra $18 to have delivered. Can’t cancel, can’t do anything completely worthless. Took them over an hour to even answer the phone. Won’t ever do any business here again. Negative 5 review absolute disaster. It’s not rocket science to cancel an order and process refund SINCE ITS BEEN 3 HOURS! Completely ridiculous! This location sucks! Always a problem here. Find employees who actually want to work and do their job.

I’ve been standing at the counter for 10 minutes and no employee has acknowledged me, I placed a mobile order and it’s way past the pickup time they’re just ignoring me, UPDATE: 35 minute total wait time. The African lady is fully incompetent and the long hair ginger man is aggressive and rude and both need to be fired, the girl with the dyed red hair is the only employee at this restaurant that actually does her job I watched all these people the whole time.

Okay, so I went to Taco Bell last night, and honestly, I’m not sure what I expected. It’s Taco Bell, right? But this was a new level of disappointment. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, and it was like they forgot the “cheesy” part. It was mostly just a dry, sad tortilla with a hint of something vaguely orange. And the service? Don’t even get me started. The person at the drivethru sounded like they were being held hostage, and my order was wrong. I asked for no lettuce, and guess what? My gordita was practically overflowing with it. It was like they were doing it on purpose. Honestly, I think I’m done with Taco Bell. There are only so many times a person can be let down before they finally give up. Save your money and your taste buds. There are better ways to spend five bucks.

i had to submit 3 contact forms over cold soggy food that wasn’t even prepared correctly just to receive a generic response email with a $5 coupon in return from a bot. a $5 coupon over an incorrect $30 order is terrible customer service and the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced i was never even contacted by an actual human and my first 2 support requests were never responded to. so disappointing.

This place can get very busy and bogged down during the week for lunch time. I went to cash in my free reward and try the nugs. The nugs were very crispy and delicious, would definitely order again. I opted for the jalapeño honey mustard. I love jalapeño but it’s not spicy in my opinion but the flavor is on point. No complaints today.

The staff is hard-working and friendly but there is next to no meat (whether it be ground beef or chicken) in any of the menu items that should have a good healthy portion. So, you really aren’t getting what you pay for here.

This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. I rarely write reviews, but this location has continuously gotten my order wrong. Not only are the staff unfriendly, but almost every time my order is wrong, putting beef in my black bean crunchwrap or otherwise. This last time sent me to write this review because I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, normally a taco with lettuce and sauce, but received some weird burrito with potatoes, rice, and sour cream? I have no idea whats going on with this location because I’ve never had a problem at any other taco bell in the area. I will not be returning to this location again.
