Very very disappointed. I ordered 3 Grande Nacho, the Taco Party Pack” and 3 Baja blast when we arrived they didn’t had chips for the nachos,I don’t t understand how they accept the order and the payment to tell me later they don’t have the things. The tacos were a complete joke,like seriously . It supposed to be 6 crunchy and 6 soft but all were just crunchy. An utter disappointment and I’m not a scammer nor I’m a greedy person, just very disappointed.I paid 56 bucks for nothing, would never go back.

I went here at night and there was like 2 workers busting their ass no one looked like a manager. A new hire was just standing there until one of the 20 ppl in the lobby suggested he go on fries. There was like 30 doordashers waiting over an hour. Food on floor. Soda machines had no ice and no syrup. Staff did try to look but they were completely out. If there were a manager and supervisor on shift this would not had happen. W the volume from SU there should be at least 5-10 ppl on staff per shift at all times. I had to fill my dasher orders drinks just to help staff. I feel very sorry for staff because the really tried their best even while customers were berating them.

I’ve been to several Taco Bells in the Syracuse area and this one by far is my favorite location. They rarely mess up my order, and the food is great. The workers are also pleasant to deal with and they tend to get food out quickly. Definitely might go-to location for Taco Bell!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I cannot comprehend how this Taco Bell remains in business. I have waited over an hour for a mobile order for a simple combo box. I can understand if it is one time, but literally EVERY TIME I am here I am waiting 30-40 minutes for simple items, regardless if it is drive thru or inside. As someone who worked in the fast food industry I can’t understand how that’s even possible. Unless you want to waste time out of your day, stay away.

Tonight I ordered through DoorDash when the dasher got there he let me know that my meal was either not made or was most likely stolen. Fast forward After a nice wait I decided to pick up my food myself. Once in line it took about 10+ min to be acknowledged and thats due to me speaking out. All but one employee seemed interested in helping the rest including the manager proceeded to ignore me and other customers after a brief attempt of finding my order in the system. Customer service was very poor and I will not be returning here again or at least during the night shift on a Friday. I ended up driving to the Western lights location to get my food the staff was very pleasant there so I’m happy about that.

Horrible experience. We ordered on the door dash app. Was told it was ready. Upon arrival about 8 people working there had no clue what was going on. About 6 customers waiting on orders. I waited 35 minutes and asked about my order only to be told they were closing the store due to staffing issues this was at 7:45pm. SO THEY NEVER MADE MY ORDER Not sure how this location stays in business. They offered me a taco coupon. I won’t be back.

Why do you work with the public if you hate them so much? I tried ordering online so I could get points but it said there was no times available so I ordered through the drive-thru and paid. She did not give me my receipt, so when she handed me my food I asked for it. The nasty looking attitude I got. She making this attitude face at me with her eyes rolling back all for asking for my receipt I couldn’t believe it! Is she keeping the receipts for herself and I made her mad because that is what it seemed like. I even explained why I was asking for my receipt because she genuinely looked so upset and angry!

They’ve gotten my order wrong every single time. I stopped coming for a few months and then tried them again, and they got my order wrong. Every time I order a cheese quesadilla I get chicken. One order was just 4 potato soft tacos and somehow one was a beef hardshell taco.

I have had multiple instances where I wait over an hour for my food. Some specially where it says my order is ready, and I don’t have it. Then having to go up to the staff for them to fix the issue. On top of this, whenever the order is typically ready quick it is incorrect.
