I am greatly satisfied. Food came out very quickly, was hot and fresh, and my whole family ate here. They STACKED my taco, she was filled to the brim. Definitely worth the money. I scrolled through reviews and was a little skeptical. But seems they got better management. The restaurant was clean. Customer service was amazing. Over all 10/10. Best Mexican pizza ive ever had.

I am disappointed. I went around 12pm and even donated to the foundation. I ordered a cheesy gordita and a beefy 5-layer burrito. The problem is when I get home and try to open my burrito, they wrapped it with 7 wrappers. I tried to call to find out why and they cut me off immediately. My 5-layer beefy had lettuce and tomato. I understand that they don’t want to work an hour before leaving, but I don’t deserve that treatment. By the way the guy at the drive was nice to me

I have to complain about this store. Every single time I order here. I’m missing an item or two. Last time it was a steak burrito. I only let it slide because I always end up with additional things that are not ours. So I would assume that many other people are having similar experience or taco bell values me and likes to give me extra food. I would go back and exchange stuff and request my order correctly but wait is usually 30 minutes and greatly defeats the fast food mantra. So if like incorrect food and a long wait hit up this Taco bell.

Most importantly, the staff was very friendly. Our food was hot and tasted fine. Unfortunately, our order wasn’t correct. We didn’t have the time to fuss around with it so we accepted what we received.

This is what they gave me for the crunch wrap I ordered. They also forgot something else I ordered, so I had to go back inside and wait for another 15 minutes just to have it remade wrong. It seems like each time we go here, it takes at least a half an hour to get our food.

I see many other one Stars on these reviews. And I see the replies from the hospitality Syracuse saying we’ll have the manager get back with you. Obviously the manager is the problem. If it was managed properly none of these one Stars would be here.

We waited 35 minutes in the drive through with four cars ahead of us. Once we finally arrived to the window, they were out of boxes, forgot our sauces, and gave us hours old soggy nacho fries. This place sucks.

I work in the area so I frequent the local fast food establishments and this is by far the worst. The lobby is frequently closed due to low staffing with a hand written sign on the door, the poor drive-thru girl is running back and forth trying to do the lobby orders while taking drive-thru orders because there is never more than maybe two people taking orders between the two, and the drive-thru is always at least a 15 min wait. I’ve seen the kid taking orders in the lobby while on drive-thru and restocking while the manager sits and does nothing. They frequently get orders wrong, never include requested sauces, and the food is always cold.

This location is the epitome of incompetence. We have ordered from this location three times now and they have screwed our order up each time. If this is how taco bell is run we will never put money in this companies hands again. Your level of incompetence is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
