My wife and family and I have been patrons here since the day they opened at Exit 15, and I really don’t understand how things have gotten so bad. Depending on the time and day of the week, we occasionally get a fairly good experience. But more often than not in recent times, it’s almost as if they’re purposely sabotaging the food. Here are the Taco “Supremes” we just received from them 30 minutes ago. As you can see – some of them have no real toppings other than lettuce, and all of them are anemic with zero taco experience to them at all. Sometimes a mistaken or poorly made order can still be edible, but in this case even the miniscule amount of beef / contents tasted only like sour rotten lettuce. Wife and I each tried a bite because we were so hungry, but it all went into the trash after taking photos. Do yourself a favor and check your food before leaving the store, and avoid delivery (we’re pretty sure the latter is the actual goal of certain staff members at this location – it really seems like they do this on purpose these days).

Stopped by the drive through to pick up a quick lunch. Look,we don’t visit Taco Bell often but their drive through menu is not conducive to making a quick decision. We both ordered a soft taco which looked like it was assembled without using hands. Doesn’t everything taste alike there anyway? 12/24, Just a note, the owner did in fact reach out in an effort to make things right. I appreciate when this happens. It shows pride in the business. Up from 2 stars to 4 for this alone.

Taco Bell is usually a hit or a miss. The reviews for this one weren’t favorable, but I had no issues with the food or staff at this specific location. My food was as expected, not lacking in any item and same great taste as I’ve come to expect from Taco Bell. The area is easily accessible in and out. Plenty kf parking as well as a drive thru. My general expectations of Taco Bell chains aren’t extremely high, but on this occasion they really did do a great job. So take the advise or not. You could have a good or bad experience like anywhere else in the world. Eat tacos, be happy

I’ve worked around the corner from this restaurant for 5 years, and though they are sporadic visits, I’ve always received my order not only always correct, but correct the first time through. I’ve never had to come in for missing things, and each time I hear a “please, thank you, or you’re welcome”. I’ve been to other TB’s and can’t say the same ☺️

Service is slow. Wait times are too long. Any other Taco Bell location is much cleaner and more efficient. I would avoid this location.

You know I’m used to all the Taco Bells in the area messing up often. But tonight man, I had a rough afternoon and I went through tbell to get dinner on the way home. I was pumped. I looked forward to getting home and having my grilled cheese steak burrito. But alas, that wasn’t in the cards for me tonight. As your employees failed to put it in the bag. Shame on me for not checking. But shame on your employees even more whose job it is to do so. Im not shocked though. As much as I love taco bell it wouldn’t be a regular taco bell experience if something wasn’t messed up.

I’ve been going to this place for awhile.. tonight ordered a grilled cheese burrito was made half ass. Two double stacked no meat in them literally none. Waited 35mins and spent 20$ for some half ass good. It’s a fast food job how hard is it? Horrible horrible horrendous actually any night shift is slow there.

Really bad experience, I got a taco and a fiesta potato.. the fiesta potato is beyond old, not hot nor edible, and has no cheese. The point is for them to be covered in cheese. Taco is quite literally freezing cold, cheese did not melt in the slightest. I didn’t have time to wait more then 5 minutes for a new fiesta potato, so I had to leave just out the $8 I spent on a meal. I don’t live in this area so going in person to get it fixed or refunded is not an option. If you want edible food just skip Taco Bell all together. Never again.

I don’t think the staff can actually read. They always seem to complete forget an item on my order or completely ignore something as easy as no tomato. I don’t know how they manage to consistently be this bad at their job
