I don’t go to a Taco Bell every day but I know a bad one when I see it. The food was okay, albeit sloppily prepared. The service was rude- even though I used the kiosk. The guy who handed me my food was just a miserable person. I had to ask for my drink cup. And two of the fountain drinks were just putting out carbonated water.
All this just points to a poorly run restaurant. If the GM reads this, just hire nice people. It shouldn’t be that hard.

i had an online order, and when i came to pick it up they messed it up. i had a chicken quesadilla and a steak quesadilla, so they labeled one steak and after taking a couple bites i realize it’s chicken. and i asked for sour cream that wasn’t to be found. as someone who worked in fast food there’s no excuse for messing it up when u made us wait for the online food too!

Worst Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to in my life!!!! Missing items from my order, the staff were arguing with each other and there was a long wait for the food. my baja blast was basically flat from right out the machine for I poured it myself. Don’t believe i will ever be returning even though there isn’t even another Taco Bell within an hour of where Iive.

At $6.50 per freaking taco, could you spend a few bucks on maintenance? Loose bathroom doorknob, loose credit card reader, fecal-scattered toilet plunger, toilet paper sitting on top of dispenser, paper towels sitting on another dispenser. Rude employees. closed the inside at 9pm when we showed up at 9:19 and it said “open until 10 or later. “ took forever to get our food when we mobile ordered and went in the drive through. didn’t even know how to cut a quesadilla and it wasn’t even cooked well the cheese wasn’t even melted. nacho fries were disgusting. worst taco bell i’ve ever been to.

I went to Monticello’s Taco Bell and ordered a Chalupa. There was not even a teaspoon of meat in it. They completely missed a meal and didn’t set my meals up an individual packages just threw it into one big bag and we had to dig for all our meals, this is ridiculous.
