I went to Monticello’s Taco Bell and ordered a Chalupa. There was not even a teaspoon of meat in it. They completely missed a meal and didn’t set my meals up an individual packages just threw it into one big bag and we had to dig for all our meals, this is ridiculous.

When I arrived I waited 5 minutes at the intercom with no response. I drove to the pick up window to notify them that the intercom was not working. One of the staff members initially was quite harsh and told me I was not allowed to drive up to the window without ordering and directed me to drive back around. After explaining the situation she apologized and provided me with a coupon for a free taco. Although I should not have been spoken to like that initially I do appreciate that they realized that they were in the wrong and took ownership.

In a rush so ordered ahead and pulled up to find out you still have to go through the drive through to pickup, and the line was super long. Turn off mobile ordering if we can’t pick up ourselves.

If I could rate them in the negative, I would. Absolutely herrondeous food,service, and attitude. The entire order was incorrect. The dine in was closed at 1:30pm even though hours were posted as 10am-8pm. As we were waiting in the drive thru to quickly check our order, the order taker reopened the window and yelled for us to leave. Then, when we drove up again to point out that the order was incorrect, they told us all the food was finished. We drove round to park the car and saw the two order takers in the parking lot smoking away. Never again! What an embarrassment to Taco Bell and town of Thompson.

We went there in the middle of the day for a simple quick meal. What we saw made us jaws dropping. There was four stuff guys behind a cashier screaming and jumping on the chairs. They were acting like they were high. We left that location very quickly and will never come back!! Worst experience ever!!

Couldn’t make items due to lack of products. Every table was dirty and we had to ask for a rag to clean our table. They put dairy on my food and I have a food allergy.

Pretty sure this is the worst taco bell in the world. Waited in a drive through line for 30 minutes only for the guy to tell me, while laughing, that they have no food and haven’t had any all afternoon.
