I thought I would try the Cantina chicken crispy taco. The commercial showed the taco shell loaded with crispy cheese on outside of shell. My tacos were cracked down the center and hardly any crispy cheese on one side of shell. Sad.

Terrible experience. was hungry so i went at 1:40 to get some food, my friends burrito was dirt it was literally just a warm burrito and inside the food was so cold it was literally eats from antarctica, i had a crunch wrap thinkin aye this bouta be mad good but nah for the past 2 days i have been pooping excessively and it genuinely hurts like never before. don’t know if it’s me or the terrible ahh food you guys whipping up in the back. my cousin was munching on a churro and that left him making a home made gas chamber and my other cousin had no reaction but thats because hes literally kirby. Terrible food i dont recommend for anybody who doesnt like pooping like theres no tommorow

Ordered at the kiosk. When asked to pay, I though it was more than originally anticipated, but didn’t question it. Ended up paying for some random persons food and not my order. When I confronted the cashier, she insisted it was mine cause I paid for it. It took her a few minutes before she realized her mistake, she then proceeded to MAKE ME PAY AGAIN!!!!!
The fact it was her mistake and she still made me pay was awful. Just go somewhere else in the mall, Mediterranean Express is alright, they didn’t mess up my order

the board at the restaurant indicated that a meal came with chips. and we were not told other wise. after receiving the meal there wasn’t any chips so we went up to the counter to ask and were told by Dhawal P that the board hasn’t been changed yet but the meal no longer comes with chips. okay so we bought the chips and cheese separate. upon getting the chips back to the table they were dropped, i went back up and was told that it’s not his problem, i’m the one who took the chips away and dropped them. that it’s my fault. honestly very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. and you can see them on the floor fromt the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible. I don’t usually go to taco bell because Mexican food is not my thing but I like the drinks. I went today and asked for a specific frozen drink (I’m sorry I don’t remember the name) that was a combination of 2 flavors; strawberry and blue raspberry. They were out of the blue raspberry so then I asked for a frozen baja blast. The guy that was behind the counter was like “it’s in defrost mode” so then I ask for a regular baja blast and was told no. What kind of taco bell doesn’t have baja blast? Never going to this one again! Plus the guy was as dumb as a box of rocks!
