wanted to leave an updated review now that this location is just Taco Bell, since the Long John Silver’s side is no longer open. After the fire, things clearly changed, and it’s important that the name reflects what customers are actually getting when they come here. This should be listed simply as Taco Bell, not a combo store.

That said, this Taco Bell continues to do a great job. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and welcoming, even during busy times. You can tell they’re working hard, and it really shows in the service. Orders are handled efficiently, questions are answered politely, and the overall vibe is positive every time I stop in.

The restaurant feels cleaner and more focused now, and it honestly works better as a standalone Taco Bell. Food comes out hot, fresh, and made correctly, which is all you can ask for. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, a late-night bite, or feeding the whole family on a budget, this location delivers.

I also want to give credit where it’s due — dealing with a fire and changes like the closure of Long John Silver’s isn’t easy, yet the team here stayed professional and upbeat through it all. That says a lot about the management and employees.

Overall, this is a solid Taco Bell location with great people behind the counter. Just make sure the name is updated to reflect reality — Taco Bell only — and you’ve got a well-run spot that deserves the 5 stars.

By far the worst fast food experience we have ever had.

We are tourists from Germany and were genuinely shocked by how we were treated at this location. The staff was openly unfriendly, dismissive, and frankly intimidating. We were polite, spoke English the entire time when addressing the staff, and simply asked for a drink refill — only to be met with an annoyed attitude and a sarcastic “You’re welcome.”

After we briefly spoke German to each other, the atmosphere noticeably shifted and became even colder. While we cannot prove intent, it certainly felt like we were being treated differently for speaking our own language. That is deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable.

The food quality was poor and carelessly prepared, which only reinforced the impression that no effort was made. We left feeling unwelcome and honestly upset.

This location does not represent the hospitality one would expect. Absolutely not recommended.

If you don’t want to be in customer service then you shouldn’t be. The older woman was SO rude for no reason. Even made fun of me with her coworkers while I watched. And, I was just slow
With the menu because I had t been therein a while. Disgusting.
The food also sucked. But, it’s fast food: my main complaint is the service .

Tried to order online at 11:20 store is supposed to be open till midnight. App said location is closing soon so I drove there instead. My mistake, got there at 11:40 and two employees are inside but say they are closed. I guess it was actually for the best, after reading these reviews I probably would have been even more disappointed if they had the professional decency to stay open during posted hours OR put a notice on Google maps. They were extremely rude when talking to me thru the drive thru speaker, and based on their attitudes there is a high probability that they would apply the same energy towards taking food out of a bag, heating it up, and putting it in the shape of taco bell menu items. Taco Bell corporate: I enjoy your food but you are wasting money by paying the current employees at this location anything at all. Just close it down.

ordered a cantina box and got charged 11 dollars for 2 chicken burritos. and they spelled my name wrong so it sounds like a rude word, the person didn’t even want to call out my name because of this.

they also took 20 minutes for my order which isn’t the employees fault because they are severely understaffed. this did however mean that i had to rush back out because i have a limited lunch break. and that’s why I didn’t notice that not only was i missing my diablo fries, but i only got 3 items when the luxe box is supposed to have 4. and it’s missing the flamin hot burrito that was supposed to be included.

the receipt is a clear misprint because it says “4 items” and only lists 3 including the tortilla chips.

also the beef burritos have a pureed texture.

this used to be a 5 star review.

I’ve been customer for years. Ans each year the customer service gets worse all the money I’ve spent lost. I’ve complained, I’ve gone the proper steps to even try and get a refund and its a waste
I belive this location must be allowed to deliver poor services and do what they want when they want with no repercussions. The hudson locatio. Closes when THEY feel like closing against policy. It’s not okay.

I’m a Ubereats driver. Showed up after driving from Catskill(20 mins) and the customer order wasn’t ready. I simply asked how much longer so I can communicate it to the customer. I got a nasty attitude. The lady asked for my name to try to have me banned for just doing my job as a delivery person

I got a chicken quesadilla with sour cream. In all the years ive ordered it, the sour cream has always been put in a container on the side to dip it in. Before i left i checked the bag for the sour cream. I noticed it wasnt there so i went up to the counter to let them know i was missing it. All of a sudden i hear someone behind the food line yell “Why does she want sour cream”. She then rudely said how it was put on the quesadilla and didnt understand why i still needed it. I tried to explain to her that i didnt know it was on it already and that im used to the container of it and not on the quesadilla its self but she continued to be rude even after i said okay, i dont need the sour cream then. Im not sure if she was the manager or not, but if she was i totally understand why there is always different workers there cause if she spoke to me the way she speaks to her staff i would leave. The quesadilla ended up being not fully melted as it was cold as most the cheese wasnt melted , there was a soggy nacho cheese fry in it, as for the sour cream it was a glop only on the one corner. Needless to say, today will be the last time i order there, due to the fact of how i was rudely talked to especially when i just asked for something nicely that i thought was missing and then to find my food super gross. Catskills location is way better service, ESPECIALLY the staff!!!

Mostly go cause it’s the closest Taco Bell. Food isn’t bad but it seems like every time I go they leave out a third of my order and I got to go back inside or they ignore any modifications to food like no tomatoes or make a regular a supreme. My roommate has a minor allergy to raw tomatoes and if I pick him up something I specify it when I order but occasionally they still slip up.

I’ve been to worse locations so the minor annoyances won’t keep me away until I find another taco bell
