I live in Amsterdam but go to this location because of how much better it is. I’ve never had an ordered messed up. I always got what I asked for and they actually fill everything to the top. I get nachos with extra beef and it’s wonderful how much they give. I should’ve taken a picture, will get one next time!

Well, this Taco Bell was certainly a huge let-down. I ordered a Steak Chalupa Supreme. and got one less than half full of ingredients in a shell that was smaller than I usually get from TB, some nacho fries, and a drink, although the soda tasted watered down (either running out of syrup or not the proper brix level).
When they finally realized I wanted to order food, the look on their faces said it all – like I was an interruption.
And the “soda fountain”, they were out of Mango (see out sticker), and why the “need” for TWO water selections? (there were actually THREE, one was out of frame). Do they really not want to serve their customers a proper selection of fountain drinks?
The food, the soda, the overall attitude convinced me NEVER to stop at this location ever again. You should avoid it as well!

Don’t waste your time… I ordered vegetarian tacos, got home and threw them away bc they were filled with meat. Got the run around after calling **3** times, and never got a refund, or even store credit. Plus, this Taco Bell is so much more expensive than any other. I’ve been there a total of 3 times. 3 strikes. I will NEVER go back. This “restaurant” gets 1 star all the way around. BEWARE

We tried to order through the drive through and it wasn’t even plowed, so the hard six inches of snow scraped along the bottom of my car, the whole time. Cars had driven through probably for a week to make a path. Ridiculous.

830 am and was told by employee that they wouldn’t open for another 30 minutes. They’re supposed to be open at 7am!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem at this location. If they advertise that they open at 7am, let’s be open at 7am!! For the record, the Pilot truck stop that the taco bell is located in is great. They had computer issues themselves this morning where the shower system was down, but they manually opened showers for drivers. They went above and beyond.

it was horrible service, We are about 6 to 7 things and they got 4 wrong. wow are you serious? this is ridiculous. I got sauce on my special order that I said I wanted only chicken on, they totally forgot the nachos, they didn’t give me the Pepsi I paid for and last but not least the cinnamon twists were horrible. now we’re at home starving and just have the bagel bites. but the pilot itself is pretty good!

Don’t open intime register person and really all the people have no energy all monotone conversation. Always seems to be an issue with thier supply so t have this or that. Just simply don’t seem to care.

I stood at the register for nearly 10 mins to get my order taken and when a Caucasian couple came to stand behind me in line that was when all three of these employees walked into the building and was ready to take my order. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There were two orders in front of us, it took them over 30 minutes to complete them and ours. Then, didn’t get all the items we ordered and they messed up what we did get. The dysfunction is mind boggling.

Tried to order two bowls and 2 burrito. The person mistakenly rang over priced. Their manager was out so they couldn’t fix it and my toddler was Hungry, as a consequence. I had to take it. Though my item should be under 20 but i had to spend over $30. They even didnt say sorry for the mistake. While came out we saw no paper Napkin, utensils.
I wouldnot recommend this taco bell.
