To me, this is kind of sad. This is the better nachos I’ve received from TB. But it usually lacks nearly everything. Hardly any lettuce. Barely any cheese and I asked for EXTRA beef. I never get it though. I think they can spare a little extra toppings to on the chips.

They completely screwed up my order the processed in wasting 1:15 minutes of my time not to mention my as for the two trips back after the purchase. Please allow me to clarify. The first trip placed the order paid. They proceeded to give me half the food didn’t realize that at the time but go right back to try to have the mistake corrected get ignored for 20 minutes then argue with the people about it for another 20 to not even get all the food that was missing so I called up the next day I talked to Manager who takes my name and says that she’s gonna comp the order for the headache and blatant disrespect from the employees from the night before when I show up to collect Clocked out On duty would not apply to the order They were laughing in my face about it to the point where I’m going to call corporate because he was definitely trying to beat me into hitting him with E Watching me with their phone the messed up part is I’m not the only person they’ve done this too. I’ve heard of several other other people going up there and the cops being called from incidents at that Amsterdam Taco Bell. Mind you THOS WAS A MANGER THAT DID THE BAITING AND LAUGHING IN MY FACE ABOUT IT

After a very expensive weekend out last week I wanted to just go inexpensive and quick this Friday, and hey it’s been 3+ years since I was last at a Taco Bell so I felt it was time to finally come back and see what’s up.
What is up are the Cheesy Street Chalupas, Nacho Fries, Cinnabon Delights, Nacho Shell Crunchy Gordita, Limonada Freeze, and Cinnamon Twists. Some of these might have been around for a bit, but like I said, 3+ years since I was last ate here.
Total came to a little under $24, which compared to the $40-$50 meals I was partaking of last weekend, felt like a godsend for my wallet.
Back home with my dinner I found the fries to be somewhat lacking a super nacho flavor but the nacho cheese they dipped into made up for that, the street chalupas was smaller than anticipated but you get 2 per an order and they have a nice crunch along with the slow roasted chicken, and the Gordita was a little more flat than I recall but the nacho shell was pretty great an addition.
On the sweeter side the cinnamon twists were like if you combine air and cinnamon sugar, aka a whole lot of nothing. The cinnabon delights on the other hand were amazing with an unexpected cream cheese frosting filling, and the limonada drink was sweet, tangy, but melted so darn fast. Plus the “regular” size of the freeze was more like a “small”, so if you’re sharing it or are thirsty, go with the “large” version.
Overall I’d say my return to Taco Bell went rather well, my only complaint may be that everything feels so much smaller than I remember. Less fillings, thinner shells, that sorta thing. But the price was reasonable enough, so I can’t complain too much.

Door dash delivery. App said bring prepared for a hour. Arrived cold. Missing food and added wrong item. Food falling out of wrappers and looked like it was thrown together. Soft taco wet as if water was poured on it

Taco Bell in Amsterdam is hands down the best one in the region. I go here a lot now and have not had a bad experience with any crew members. Keep up the good work!

Second time I come here at 7:20 pm and doors are closed and the older lady comes with her attitude saying to go through drive thru when inside supposed to close at 10 pm. If there interest is drive thru then don’t have a inside its ridiculous.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell try to order through the app to make modifications for food allergy related issues they still mess it up every time. Every other Taco Bell I have went to never has this problem only the Amsterdam location. Fed up and out of patience for this place.
