This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to a different one near by don’t waste your time or your money here. Most of the workers have no personality at all and are just rude. The worse incident I’ve witnessed at this Taco Bell location was while I was sitting down eating there. A worker was cleaning the glass doors, and while he was cleaning the door a disabled man in a wheel chair started to approach the door to enter the Taco Bell. As soon as the disabled man got to the door, THE WORKER SAW HIM AND WALKED AWAY and didn’t open the door for the man in the wheel chair. The poor man had to struggle to open the door for himself. The worker easily could’ve helped this poor man but decided to insensitively walk away and let him struggle. To top all this off, today I found TWO PIECES of hair in my nacho cheese, I will attach a photo. Absolutely disgusting, you will never see me back here again. Avoid coming here at all costs save your time, money, and sanity.

Whoever was one of the managers tonight did a great job. One of the 18 wheeler delivery guys showed up and wanted all of the customers who are waiting for their meals to go out and move their cars. I don’t know if it was one of the managers or just one of the employees but he gave us free taco vouchers to make up for the rudeness of this person. That’s great customer service.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, because this Taco Bell is great for me. I come here all the time, at all different hours, and every worker is always very nice and they have never made the slightest mistake on my orders(and I do a ton of customization on the app.) They always make everything nice and fat, never skimp – and always hook up the sauces. This is my favorite Taco Bell and I have never had a bad experience here. I am very happy to live so close.

Had a bunch of orders worth 40 bucks. Some orders came out wrong. To name a couple, Hot cinnamon coffee came at room temperature, asked to heat it up, apparently they had NO way to heat it up. Didn’t want sugar in iced coffee but it came with it. Wanted to change it for correct order, cashier looks at me confused so I decided to just throw the drinks away.

My girlfriend and I both made mobile orders to grab a quick snack. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through before getting the food. My girlfriend’s order was correct but mine even tho being shown on screen and the ticket was completely wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

we were sitting at the window for like 7 minutes waiting for our food. when the cashier opened the window they didnt say a single word to us, and we just see them sitting on their food with an airpod in. youre handling our food, your phone is probably filthy. we ordered 3 cups of nacho cheese and they forgot one. and our food is cold. whyd we wait 7 minutes for it if they barely cooked it?
