I don’t like to leave bad reviews buuut… this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve patronized. They substitute without telling you. Also observed I didn’t have any beef burritos, cashier said, “They are there, wrapped together”, drove home to find 1 old chicken burrito in the box. This isn’t a one time thing, every single time the order is imperfect, I guess consistency is their goal .

when you think to yourself.. ‘why was taco bell so much better in the 1990’s/early 2000’s…. just know that taco bells of this pedigree are why the thought even exists in the first place. everything I’ve ordered here is a worse version of what it should be. Whether soggy, falling apart shells, cold orders, little to no sauce on said orders.. just terrible.. Try another taco bell

Very disappointed How you guys treat traumatic brain injury. He knows I have it. I told him plenty of times.. And it’s not the first interaction I had with him when he’s doing this. I will be complaining to corporate about this and this is not the first time.

Don’t go here!! I went in to get a chicken burrito and taco so tell me why I start eating and it was cold, the taco was fine but biting into a cold burrito with hard rice is terrible, also got food poisoning the next day, tried to complain to someone but was just left standing at the counter, had to put up with this BS and just threw it out

Despite the food tasting good this place is awful. The only time I feel like the people working here don’t hate me is when they have thick accents. Had to leave a warning after the dude taking drive thru orders tonight didn’t know what I was trying to order despite it being on the menu 2 feet from the speaker his voice was exiting. So I just ordered a number eleven because it’s the first thing my eyes landed on, and a cheese quesadilla for my girlfriend. Pull up to the window and the only words spoken was the total of my order and to top it off one of the two tacos that come in the box I got is smashed to bits, thought I had to worry about the shell getting soggy but thankfully these guys were nice enough to just decimate the whole thing with a downward elbow strike. Someone explain why these guys hate the customers. Is it because they have to work?
