Taco Bell at this location is very clean! The employees are always nice. The wait is sometimes long at peak hours and late night but it’s not too bad. Orders are usually correct without missing items or wrong items. Only con would be that they don’t offer every item that the other local Taco Bell has, and they also have slightly higher prices for the same items as the Taco Bell down the road.

This Taco Bell has nice employees but the orders take a very long time, especially the ones for delivery.
Store has been very dirty lately, you can see in the pictures I posted.
Also, while waiting inside for a good 15 minutes for an order, I watched a female employee with a blondish ponytail wiping her nose with her arm, and continue to make food. She kept touching her face with her gloves on and never changed them, continued to make food. I would never order from here for myself. It’s not as bad as 2186 Jericho but it’s getting there.

They got my whole order wrong I asked for a frozen Baja blast and they gave me the normal one I asked for a Dorito crunchy shell taco and they gave me a crunchy taco instead

The line at this place is insane. 10:30pm on a Monday 6/23/2025 I get on the drive thru line with only 4 or 5 cars ahead of me; it took over ***30 minutes*** to get through the line. No exaggerating. Many cars behind me came and turned around and left. Literally takes the point away of coming here for something quick to eat. Corporate should look into that, it’s crazy.

I give 3 stars for service, it doesn’t exist indoors. If you order online for pickup it takes 30 minutes and the staff will ignore you. Learned to do online order and pickup in the drive through then bring it in to eat.
