Sometimes you have to wait a little longer then average for your food I’d say but foods always hot,fresh,nicely portioned and the staff is typically very friendly. A tip I’d say is order ahead of time with the mobile app for pick up if you’d like your food ready and avoid the lines. They’re quick to fix any mistakes made on an order or help out customers with using the self ordering process.

Went to this location at the drive thru on 8/22/2023. Waiting on a long line. Server was slow she got annoyed when I asked her for a cup holder. Did not get my debit card back and there was an extra charge on my account. Tried to call them and the number is no longer in service. Will never go back there again!!! To top it off the food was disgusting and not the right order. Wouldn’t give this to my dog!! Coram location

This place literally needs to shut down. Or they need to get corporate to take it over. The wait times are unacceptable. You can be the only car at the drive through and you will be there for at least 20 mins. This is my 3rd and last time. I thought maybe corporate would have tried fixing it and getting involved but I guess not. The food here is horrible as well. It’s always old. Nothing fresh. Food is typically cold every time. And the tacos and tortillas are always stale. Go to the one on middle country road in centereach. Quick service and quality.

I have tried this Taco Bell several times and it’s the same thing every time, the service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. You sit at the speaker forever waiting for someone to take your order even when there’s only one car ahead of you. Tonight was the final straw for me. Ordered on the app to pick up at the drive thru and sat on line for 20 minutes and the line never moved. There were about 10 cars total and we finally all just backed up and got off line. I headed inside to ask about my user but the place was packed with people waiting for their orders as well. The employees were all standing around and arguing with each other, I don’t think anyone was actually making food. I can canceled my order and went to another Taco Bell about 15 mins away and was served and driving home within 8 mins of getting on the drive thru line. I will never go to this location again. They need to get their act together!

This place is run like a total disaster. Absolute joke. ZERO respect for delivery drivers. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve accepted orders here and they are never ready and then tell you to wait over 30 minutes after the expected pick up time. Taco Bell corporate needs to make some serious changes to the management in this store. Total embarrassment.

This Taco Bell is one of the worst I’ve been to if not THE worst. They constantly mess up orders of only 4-5 items more than half the time, and they take quite a long time even with almost no one in line. I live about a mile away from this Taco Bell location, but I’m currently driving to a different one that’s about 3-4 miles away because I’ll get my food (probably without errors) and get home to my family faster even with the extra travel time.

I visit this location quite frequently and there’s almost always the same guy at the pick up window that is always soo sweet and personable! I wish I knew his name but he is the reason I still hold onto hope for humanity! Lol keep smiling!
