My brother used to work at this location 40 years ago put the services fast and efficient if you use the kiosk. Just curious as to why the bathroom is locked when you’re in a good neighborhood.

This place is truly horrible. My friend has a syndrome, and the workers were terribly rude, refusing to let us use their bathroom. Based on Allys Act, when someone has an immediate need to use the bathroom, they cannot refuse. This is very unfair and I hope you take this into consideration and not come here

I came in trying to use the bathroom as a purchasing customer and they denied me . I ordered a quesadilla meal and they said I couldn’t have sour cream, even though I ordered the same meal from Freeport yesterday and they included sour cream … I asked them if I could have sour cream and they mead it the biggest deal in the world …. Horrible service

Terrible service. I called the store because they gave my uber driver the wrong order. Uber didn’t want to give me a refund. Thought the store would be able to help. Told someone who said they were the assistant general manager about the issue and first he said the dasher must’ve picked up two and gave me the wrong one. I never said the driver was from door dash. I said they were from uber. Secondly the driver only had one order. Which means they gave him the wrong bag. Agm was listening to respond and not to actually solve the problem at hand. I am also a manager at a restaurant and we ask our guest if they would like to come in and receive their order especially if we are in the wrong. No one is perfect. Mistakes happen everyday. It’s how you solve the problem. He was very rude and very curt. Now I’m here with a bag of food that I don’t even eat. This isn’t the first time I’ve received an incorrect order too. Came in to place my order and then I had to come back because half the items were missing.
